  We stayed at the house for about a week and had an amazing time. The house is about 5 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the new City Center shopping and dinning area, 10 minutes from downtown West Palm Beach and about 15 minutes from the beach. The house has plenty of space for the whole family to spread out. It's located in a very quite and safe neighbor. If you want to be close to the action and have a great place to stay for a week or two, I would highly recommend this place. You won't regret relaxing by your very own private pool every evening!

  We rented this house out for the weekend and couldn't of been happier!! First off the house is adorable and furnished beautifully. We spent most of our time on the back patio by the pool. It was very private and we felt like we were in our own private garden oasis. The water pressure in the shower is amazing!! We cooked a few times and found the kitchen to be well equipped. The gas grill was great too!! Clematis Street and City place is just a few miles away. Super convenient location to lots of great things to do in Palm Beach. We plan to go back next year. Thanks Pat, it was a real pleasure. Thanks for helping to make it happen!!:))

  We stayed at this property for the month of March, 2013. At times the cable TV did not work, the Internet did not work and the pool heater did not work. Each time (3x) we were given written permission via email to contact the cable company and/or pool company. Now Pat is withholding $200.00 from our security deposit and charging us for the service calls. In addition she is deducting money for a kitchen rug that was dirty prior to our arrival. Again, we have email correspondence from her telling us that she knows it was not of our doing and to not worry about it. We travel a great deal through VRBO and know our rights as a consumer. We are formally filing a complaint and asking for our $200.00 to be returned. We have forwarded all written correspondence from Pat to VRBO. We think there are easier ways to make money than deducting security deposits from guests because items that should be in good working order (as advertised) are not. Save your money and look elsewhere. We wish we did.

  Owner response: First, let me add that this is the only time we have ever had to withhold some of the sec/damage deposit. Also first time ever we've had so many problems/complaints/demands from our guests. We tried to be as accommodating as possible with this couple. The housekeeper always checks to see that tv/wifi are working prior to guest arrival. Husband and dog arrived first. He claimed the tv was not working. I tried to walk him thru it, but had to call the cable company for tech support. I asked tech to call me afterwards and he told me exactly what I had told the guest to do. Next he said the wifi wasn't working. I again contacted Telephone Company for tech support, and he too called me back saying it was a problem caused by the guest. The Guess complained that there was no grill, and without asking, went to Home Depot purchased one. But I had already ordered one on line and the housekeeper was going that day to pick it up. Guest had to return his. The kitchen rug in question did have some light stains on it, but after they left and I saw the photo, I ask the housekeeper to toss it. The Pool Heater was just over a year old and cost $5,000. There were never any problems before they complained that the pool pump wasn't working. The pool service said guest had set it at 92 degrees and the water tested at 82 degrees. I asked pool service have the company service it (and at no cost). Again nothing wrong. However, after they left, the next guest reported to me that there was a lot of dog hair in the return and I had to have pool serviced again, at cost. They complained that one of the toilets wasn't working but when the plumber called me, he said there was nothing wrong with it, and wasn't going to charge for his visit. After these guests left, I was so disappointed when I saw the photos. It cost the owner more than a mere $200.00 for all the repairmen, etc. Cost of a new grill, and the extra payments for the housekeeper alone, totalled more than half of the $200.00 The stove oven, and the house were left so dirty, it cost owner extra money for more hrs in cleaning fees. The broken Moroccan bowl would not have been an issue, but she misled me saying it was only cracked. Photo showed otherwise and it was tossed. I also learned that they had put a lock on the gate to the back yard/pool area, preventing access for pool Srv. and landscapers and almost left w/o removing it. Signed: Pat Kasem, PROPERTY MGR.

  Despite a few issues with the rental prior to our stay, it turned out to be a great 9 day getaway. Pat found herself in a difficult position but went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Weather was great and the pool,had a southern exposure which meant that we had plenty of sun even in Jan-Feb. It took a couple of days to get used to the noise of the railroadand airport which were nearby t after that we hardly noticed. Would recomment for persons wanting sun and privacy. Well decorated home.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

  We stayed for 2 weeks while work was being done on our home in West Palm Beach. Great villa - great pool - only blocks away from shopping and the intracoastal. Only real problem was the pool cleaning was scheduled before the pressure washing outdoors and when the lawn folks came. Owner quickly attempted to resolve the problem - but we could not use the pool for a few days. Furnishings are beautiful, but a bit uncomfy for a long term stay. Would recommend to others for sure.

  This house is comfortable and was in the perfect location for our trip. We enjoyed the heated pool and the kitchen and baths were well appointed. I recommend this rental for anyone who wants a good place to stay in the palm beaches area

  This wonderful house is nestled in a quite little neighborhood in West Palm. Close to everything, and just far enough away to enjoy the serenity. When you enter this beautifully decorated house you instantly feel at home. The colors on the walls make the rooms softly glow. The kitchen has everything you need to have dinner in. The bedrooms were really comfortable and the two bathrooms are great. When you walk into the backyard- its like a tropical oasis.The landscaping gives you a lot of privacy. The pool is nice and big. There is also a cabana- which is adorable and has a full size w/d which is very convenient. I really can go on and on. I cant wait to rent it again when I'm in the area. Side note- We had some plans fall thru, so we threw this on Pat last minute and she was so accommodating. We were lucky to find this little gem.

  I stayed here with some friends and we had the best time. It was great to cook in, hang out by the pool, go out to the restaurants/bars/beach which are very close as well. The home is decorated so nicely and clean. Everything you need from towels to SPF to aloe is provided for your use. Quiet neighborhood and much better than staying in a hotel! Will definitely be going back.
