  This condo is great all around! Perfect location for everything from parking garage to swimming pool. Décor is very nice, the condo was super clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. Before initial booking we had concerns about views of the beach from the first floor; however, when we arrived at the condo we were elated to find the view of the beach is great. We hope to rent the same condo on numerous returns to the FWB area!

  This condo met all of our expectations. Beautifully furnished and professionally decorated. 4 adults and 3 Grandchildren. Plenty of room, nicely equipped, pool and ocean at your front door and unit very clean. Very child friendly- you can sit by the pool and monitor your children while their resting. Close the door and the unit is exceptionally quite. My 5 year old grandson wants to move here. I would recommend to anyone.

  I had to take a moment and write a review. We loved this unit. Our family goes to the beach every year -Seagrove, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Hilton Head, etc. We stay in nice places, but this beats them all. Every day we woke up and sat on the beach and said, we will definitely just keep coming here for many years. The unit was great and we have a new grandbaby (our first) and when the owner Kim found out we had a new 3 month old she had a new pack and play and had every baby item we could even think of needing. (high chair, bouncy chair, baby bath tub, etc). What a wonderful lady. We had 2 beach set ups each day - ahhh. I could go on and on, but I would just say don't hesitate to stay here - you won't be disappointed - beautiful Pottery Barn style decor - oh did I say CLEAN. It was SUPER CLEAN. Thanks so much for a wonderful week.

  This condo has everything in advertisement says it does. Full washer and dryer became very handy with an infant. Three bathes were wonderful. Fully equipped kitchen with anything that you might need. Would recommend this condo to everyone, all ages and with any disabilities or restrictions.

  Wonderful condo that I would highly recommend. So many amenities. Kitchen is fully stocked and there are plenty of beach and sand toys in the toy box. The ground floor location is ideal with easy access to the pool and beach. The owner was always available with any questions or concerns that we had during our stay. Very clean and very nicely decorated. The pictures posted give a very accurate visual of what the condo looks like. We would definitely go back!!!

  We loved staying here. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Accurately described. We liked it so much we are coming back next year and staying at her 4 bedroom condo in the same building.

  We have stayed in this condo for the past several years. Our best family vacations have been spent in this very condo. The location is perfect - right out the door to the pool or beach, The furnishings are amazing. This is a perfect place for a famly vacation. Our kids always meet other kids their age that they play with all week and many times keep in touch with throughout the year. The entire faciltiy has a great family atmospere. We look forward to visiting this summer again.

  This is the most AWESOME Unit! We have been staying here every year for 4 years. We travel every years with another couple with 3 kids (and usually a friend) it has 2 king beds and 2 sets of bunkbeds (with 3 bathroom)!!!! Everyone gets there own bathroom. It is decorated to the "T". Ground level kids can go out to pool without us worrying about them being on the elevators. The beach is just beon the @ pools. The mushroom is AWESOME!!! My kids start in Februaury wanting to know when we are going. It is so relaxing and just perfect!!! If you want the best place to stay....You need to stay here you will want to come to the same Unit every year.
