About the owner: Native Minnesota that moved here in 1975. I enjoy the Arts, the Beach, Great Weather and this is the perfect place for it.
Why the Owner Chose Marina del Rey:
Very private Beach, Great Weather it allows me to do all the things I enjoy year round, coming from the mid west where we lived for the Sun I have it all. If I decide to go to the snow it is an hour drive to Mountain resorts, Big Bear, Snow Summit, etc. I also work in the area and has easy access to all parts of town.
