  My family and I stayed here in March and loved the place! It is on a quiet street in old-town San Juan located right near everything. Just down the street from the Cathedral (and a convenient taxi-stand), we found we could walk everywhere in a few minutes. The apartment was very clean and well-kept; and the property manager was very friendly and helpful. Our only adjustment was sharing one bathroom among five people. We would definitely stay here again.

  My wife & I, our daughter & a friend spent 4 great days in Old San Juan to celebrate my 55th birthday. First of all, Old San Juan is a great place, we loved our time there. Second, we were very pleased with our choice of Natalia's apartment. This was our first VRBO, and it was a great experience, way better than a hotel. Natalia's mother-in-law, Mayda met us at the apartment and spend a good deal of time with us to give us advice on what to do, where to shop, eat, etc... The apartment is immaculate, roomy and well laid out with the family room & kitchen area in the front and the bedrooms /bathroom in the back.The family room has floor to ceiling louvered doors that open. We were there at the end of Feb & the beginning of March, and with the doors opened, there was a great breeze that kept the apartment very comfortable without the AC. We were in the master with the queen bed and it was very comfortable. We cooked breakfast 2 times and ate out the rest of the time. The location is great. The street is beautiful and the Old San Juan Gate is literally steps from the front door. El Convento Hotel up the street has 3 great restaurants that we loved. The Parrot Club was also one of our favorites. History, great food, and shopping everywhere. All in all, we had a great time & we certainly would have no trouble recommending the apartment to anyone looking to spend some time in Old San Juan.

  I stayed in this apartment between Christmas and New Year's with my husband and three friends (one couple, one single). Our friend was getting married in San Juan so we chose this over a hotel. I'm really glad we did. The place is great for a family or group of friends. There's a good kitchen and dining area where we made ourselves breakfast every day and a big living room with floor-to-ceiling windows where we could lounge any time. This block is truly the best location in Old San Juan - right near the water, near El Convento hotel which is fun for drinks, and surprisingly really quiet despite being in the center of it all. The air conditioning works great and there's a washer/dryer on site that was handy to have. The supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. We would definitely come back and stay here and I highly recommend it to others. Much nicer way to get to know San Juan than staying in a hotel!

  I had a great stay at this property in Old San Juan this February. In a quaint area of town, that's just a quick walk to shopping and dining. Located right by Old San Juan Gate that leads to a the ocean views from Old San Juan. Very comfortably furnished, with nice-sized kitchen and bedrooms, great for the group of family and friends that I went with. Lovely place, would definitely recommend and hope to go back again soon!

  I would highly recommend this rental! I'm from Poland and my girlfriend is from Puerto Rico and she insisted we stay in Old San Juan. The restaurants, nightlife and architecture is beautiful. The apartment is very comfortable, impeccably clean and on a great street. The owners were very helpful and courteous and will do anything to make sure you have a great stay. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

  This was our second stay at this remarkable apartment in Old San Juan. May of 2010 was our last visit. The apartment was very clean and very well maintained, within walking distance to fine restaurants, shopping, nightlife, museums and the Heart of Old San Juan. Amenities were top of the line. Very close to airport, casinos, tourist attractions, sightseeing and beaches. When you get here you have to try The Baru restaurant. I can honestly say the local cuisine was out of this world and we never had a bad meal. When we did stay in we found again within walking distance a local supermarket that has anything you could possibly need. This is definately an apartment that we will lease again. The experience was phenomenal. The owners go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one. We guarantee you won't go wrong staying here.

  This was our first time visiting Puerto Rico and we were thrilled with the accomodations. The apartment was clean, spacious and in a great area! It was on a quaint street and in walking distance to shopping, restaurants, the fort, etc. We didn't need to use a car while we were there except to go to the beach. The area was safe and the locals were very friendly. The apartment had everything we needed to make our trip comfortable and the price was right!
