We had a wonderful time at this property. I think it is the best equipped property we've ever rented. The furniture and the beds were super comfortable and the space was wonderful for us and the two guests who came for a few days.

My family of 5 stayed in this condo for a week. The condo was fabulous and very well-equipped. The furnishings were clean and unit was in great condition. We felt like we were right at home. The Legends at Santa Rosa Beach is a great place to vacation with such close proximity to the beach, dining, shopping and walking paths. We loved how we could just walk across the street for beach access. Our family used the pool daily as well as the the tennis courts and volleyball courts. We have stayed at The Legends before, and would highly recommend this condo for a relaxing beach vacation.

Great week at the beach in Santa Rosa

The property was very well furnished, clean, and close to the beach. It is close enough to Destin to go there every day. It is also convenient to the other 30-A communities like Seaside (highly recommended).

The Perfect Vacation (Condo)

Diana, thank you so much for letting us use your condo for the week. You have decorated your condo so beautifully and we could not have been more comfortable. The open kitchen/dining area/living room was fabulous and was just a few steps from walking out to the porch/deck for morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. The bedrooms were perfect. King size bed for us in our suite and the kids bedroom suite (3 teenagers, 13 and 14 years old), was a wonderful escape for the adults and the kids. We especially enjoyed hearing the sounds of the gulf from our bedroom balcony at night!! We made good use of the BBQ, volleyball area and both the swimming pools. The 10 minute walk to the gulf was perfect. Great sands, great beach and not crowded. Thanks for the contact to have beach chairs and umbrella set up for us every day at the beach. I also want to add that everything that you stated in your description was true. Your condo was clean and well maintained. I would have like to see the volleyball court maintained a little better with less weeds. You were great throughout the entire rental process, easy to cantact and ask/answer questions. I would reccomend your condo to all of my friends and relatives. A quiet retreat but only walking distance to town for shopping and dining. Thank you again, and hope to be back next year!!!!

Great Townhome!

The Townhome was nicely decorated and the perfect size for small families. The living area and kitchen were very spacious and comfortable. The weather was great, and the beach was not too crowded. We would love to stay here again!

October vacation

This was a very well-maintained, cozy home. Everything was spotless, the rooms were bright, and the decor was perfect for a beach house. There's a little cluster of cafes and shops a few blocks away, and you can rent bikes to get around. The only drawback might be the shared balcony off the family room, but there's a private one off the master room. The actual beach is about a 3 minute walk across the street, and it's beautiful! This was my first time to the gulf, and I only stayed a few days, but I'd be happy to return and stay at this place.

We visited Santa Rosa for a wedding and had a wonderful time at the Legends. It was very spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed the view from the patio and grilled out one night. It was an overall great time!

This was a wonderful townhome. Very nicely decorated and maintained. We enjoyed out entire stay on our vacation. Plenty of places to eat and plenty of things to do. The beach is very calm and beautiful! We highly recommend staying here! You are sure to love it!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Summer Breeze in April. We experienced living in a Beach House even though we were not directly on the water. The Beach and Gulf Place were in perfect walking distance. If you want a great escape to the Beach and love your privacy, I highly recommend Summer Breeze.

We stayed at the Legends townhomes during spring Break this year and loved it. The unit had plenty of room for us and our two teenage sons. It was very comfortable and well decorated. Everything is clean, well maintained and had plenty of necessities in the kitchen. We would definitly stay here again.

We stayed at The Legends Townhome the week of July 21 - 28 of 2007. It was wonderful! we felt so at home in our townhouse and hopefully will be back. It was so relaxing, close to the beach, 2 pools and tennis court. What more could you ask for! The town home itself was decorated wonderfully and we didn't want to leave.

We spent a wonderful week at Summer Breeze over the July 4 holiday. The space was well furnished and clean. Its proximity to the beach was great and central location on 30a made it easy to get to various places.

We had a girls' weekend at Summer Breeze- Mom, teenagers, and 20 somethings. We all had a wonderful time. We love Santa Rosa, and the beach is just a short walk-very easy to come and go. The townhouse is very nice, and we liked the new hardwood floors and the decor. We like the beach, but there are two great pools to enjoy as well. I enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony. We are planning our next trip to Santa Rosa and want to stay at Summer Breeze again.

We have stayed at the Legends townhomes for our summer vacation for thelast 3 years and loved it each time. The units are so spacious, comfortable, and relaxing. Everything is clean, modern, and well maintained. The swimming pools are beautiful and clean. there have always been very nice people staying at the same time and there is never a crowd,noise, or unruly behavior. It is located in a peaceful little neighborhood setting, with many stores, restuarants, and sites nearby. My children love it also, there is something for everyone here to enjoy.

Our visit to Santa Rosa, over the Memorial Day Holiday 2004, was just wonderful. The condo was fabulous. It was so well stocked and clean and convenient to everything we needed. We will definitely be regulars at "Summer Breeze". Look forward to future visits.
