  This was my fourth winter in PGA National, but my first stay in the the Prestwick Chase community. The townhouse is as described in the photos and the narrative, and more than that, was comfortable and cozy for me and my guests. Everything I needed was available, and the owner was more than happy to accommodate any requests. The townhouse was clean and well maintained. Everything seemed brand new. The area is a lovely location and has a pool, walking path, golf, tennis, biking, restaurants on the property. The beach, county parks, shopping, local university courses, kayaking, sightseeing, gym are nearby. I love staying here, because I feel like I'm in a home, but on vacation the whole time. My friends and relatives who visited loved it too.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  This rental felt like a home away from home. The house was clean and well stocked with everything, cookware, glasses, spices, etc. It felt like my own kitchen! Very quiet street with a quick drive to the PGA resort for golf, pool, dinner, etc. Owner was available 24/7 for any issues. Would definitely stay here again.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  The house was wonderful, we knew the area and wanted to stay there. It was just as described, very clean and full of details. We stayed for a month and felt at home.My kids really enjoyed it since it was also a short walk to the pool, definetely recommend this property, the owners take good care if it. We enjoyed it!!

  "Welcome Home" is the perfect description for this property as you get that feeling when you open the front door. This spacious, bright, and well appointed townhouse is located in the heart of PGA National on a quiet street. The owner was extremely accommodating and the property is in excellent condition. I would definitely stay again.

  We have just returned to our home in Texas after spending our vacation in your beautiful condo. It was a most relaxing time. This is the second year we have rented from you, and we plan to make it three years in 2013! What we liked best was the cleanliness of the condo and the well-stocked kitchen. Eating breakfast on the screened-in patio, grilling steaks in the evening, made our stay even more enjoyable. The area is beautiful, and we enjoyed taking morning walks in the fresh clean air. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

  Lovely townhome, well decorated and located in ideal PGA National. Quiet, clean and well maintained. Owners have gone to great length to make it a love nest where it is enjoyable, peaceful and ideal to spend several months away from home. Bravo to Karen and Clint.

  We recently completed a 1 month stay at this townhouse & it was perfect. The furniture, beds & linens are all new & VERY comfortable. The house is very clean & property well maintained. The extra touches & thoughtful items that Clint & Karen have left in this home will make you not want to leave. You will not be disappointed. We are looking forward to a future stay.

  What else can I say, but it was a perfect trip. It felt like home the minute we walked in the door. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook a nice dinner and there were even cookbooks! What a great idea. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay for a week or a few months. It is located in a beautiful community as well. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
