The penthouse has 3 bedrooms (1 super king bed, 1 double and 2 single beds) and 2 full baths and 1 WC. Huge amount of storage in each room. There is a large, bright open plan living room / dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. An additional person could sleep on the comfortable couch in the living room.
All rooms have sliding glass doors leading to the enormous private terrace which covers the flat on 3 sides. Barriers have been put up on all sides making it safe for children. The south-facing position of the flat offers ability to enjoy sunrise, sunset as well as fantastic view of all of Sesimbra and the surrounding Natural Reserve of Arrabida.
