  Carlos, thank you, dearly for the warm accommodations at your lovely vacation home. My vacation party (8 of us) had an amazing time, and felt as if we were at our home away from home the whole time. Oscar was an amazingly kind-hearted property manager that met us at the airport and had us follow him to where we could get some 'local food' at Bebo's BBQ, since we arrived so late and there wasn't much that was open; he even hung-out, enjoyed some laughs with us, and waited around to show us how to get back on the right freeway - we love you Oscar! Thank you! As far as the house is concerned: pictures do not do it justice; it's gorgeous, spacious, clean, in a great neighborhood, and very centralized to plenty of activities. Trust that you will not be disappointed with you stay there - it's an awesome home-away-from-home, and what seems like a little piece of your own paradise while you're there... Thank you, again, Carlos. With the experience we had, we will be returning guests for many years...

  We stayed at the Altamira at the end of February 2011. The entire process of booking the home was smooth. Carlos was upfront about everything and there was no confusion at all. Once we arrived there was a smooth transition into the home. Everything was actually better then the pictures and we all had a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay again!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

  We stayed at The Altamira for a week in the beginning of March and it was wonderful. Very nicely decorated with plenty of space for our family. Fajardo is a very pretty city on the water very central to a lot of attractions; the beaches, San Juan, Ponce, El Yunque National Park , and plenty of shopping right down the street Very reasonable prices as well for the amenities!   This spacious home offers security, space & plenty of out door patio to entertain. We found highway access extremely convenient to get to the rain forest or coast for SCUBA diving. Working w/ Carlos and Alex was great; both being friendly and knowledgable about the area. We give this a high recommendation! Jody from Oregon

  I just got back with my girls and had a great time. I was a little nervouse at first because I was alone with my two girls, but once I seen the location and house my mind was at ease. It is a beautiful home in a beautiful area. Lots of close things to do like jump on a ferry and go to Culebra for the day, trust me it was very easy to get around the house is located off a main street. The mattress in the master bedroom was heaven on earth I slept like a baby. The house was tastefully decorated and very clean. I felt very safe and very at home. The management was very polite did not bother us at all it really felt like it was my home for the week. We also saved alot on little things like chairs for the beach and boogie boards. The house has everything from kitchen knifes to a fresh bar of soap. I loved sitting on the veranda at night and listening to the coqui and the neighbors where friendly and spoke english. I really did enjoy my stay and will be back next year!

  If you are looking for a rental home search no more! This is a great home with many features, including great service. For many months we were looking for a rental home, and through the internet our research led us to this property. The information listed on their website is accurate and the people handling the rental in Puerto Rico are great. I called this home a hidden treasure. It is large enough to accommodate a larger family while providing privacy and safety. We loved the size of it and the amenities. The reservation was easy to make through their website. We utilized PayPal to make the payments and deposit, which was easy and convenient. I highly recommend this property to anyone. If you want to be on the East side of Puerto Rico close to San Juan and the forest (El Yunque), look no further this is it! The Maldonado Family December 2009 Tampa Florida.

  We very much enjoyed our three night stay a the Altamira residence. Very clean, spacious and comfortable with nice furnishings and a great veranda. Great location with easy access to El Yunque, Bio-bay, beaches, and the Trump Golf Club. A great value if, like us, you don't care for the all inclusive resorts.

  We had the most excellent time in Puerto Rico. This home was in a prime location for all the things we had wanted to do. The house was exactly what we wanted for our group. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen had all the tools we could possibly need and plenty of bathrooms! You guys were sooo helpful and answered any questions that I had. Thanks for a Great time and we will visit again!

  The house is perfect for large sized groups. It was more than enough space for the 6 of us, and could have fit 12 comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could ever want, including the ever important blender. It is a quick drive to the ferry and easy to locate.

  Tuve la oportunidad de visitar esta bella isla entre el mes de Mayo y Junio de 2009 y de hospedarme en esta hermosa y acogedora casa, por 15 das, la cual no solo es lo bastante amplia sino fresca e incluso con el espacio suficiente para poderme broncear en completa privacidad. De igual manera brinda a su husped la facilidad de disfrutar de todos sus accesorios aptos para una buena estada y adems se encuentra muy bien decorada, lo que me facilito que pudiera recibir visitas de amistades como realizar alguna que otra reunin de negocios. Aun siendo mi primera visita a la isla y sin saber mucha de esta, el rea donde se encuentra la casa es la mejor para un turista, no solo por que a sus alrededores se encuentran lugares reconocidos para ir a cenar algo informal como formal tanto de comida internacional como tpica de la isla. De igual manera tuve la oportunidad de ir a lugares hermosos como a la baha de donde salimos a la famosa playa de Flamingo en la isla Culebra, de igual manera tuve la oportunidad de visitar el mejor lugar turstico el Yunke, o tambin llamado bosque nacional del caribe, donde no solo pude disfrutar de su hermosa vegetacin, sino tambin disfrutar de su hermosa cada de agua, lo que me hizo sentir en un paraso tropical. Por la posicin de la casa en realidad los lugares que visite eran a distancias no muy largas, ya que es un lugar equidistante a todos los lugares tursticos de esta hermosa isla como la Guacha en Ponce y el Viejo San Juan, y por supuesto el mall donde fui de compras y encontr los mejores precios. En conclusin quiero recomendar a quien desee visitar esta hermosa isla, alojarse en esta hermosa casa la cual se encuentra perfectamente equipada para estar un buen tiempo y gozar de unas hermosas vacaciones.
