Linda and Mike were wonderful. We were 3 families traveling from different areas of the country on an annual ski trip. The condo was clean and warm. The private hot tub was an added bonus. There was plenty of linens and towels for both the hot tub and showers. We usually send our skis with luggage forward and Mike delivered and picked them up from the condo so we would not have to. We would definitely rent the place again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed for a second time here. This time was even better than last year. Unlike some condo stays we had soap,toilet paper(for the whole week) trash bags, and many other items provided. It was perfect for our 2 families. The management is responsive and very helpful. We will stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+.

We rent in the summer months. It is the perfect place for us as it feels like a home away from home. The owner has taken great care in seeing that all our needs are taken care of. The condo is close to the bus system and pleasant walks and hikes are nearby. I highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, age 55+.

this house was perfect, it was a great location and it had everything we were looking for! it wasn't far from the bus routes so it was really easy to get around without a car! you could also see the ski resort out of the window! it was amazing!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

We have stayed at this home several times over the past few years. We like it much more than the other homes we have stayed in at Park City or Deer Valley. It feels like home. It is very close to Deer Valley and downtown Park City. We have also had other family members stay with us, which was easy given the number of rooms, beds and convertible couchs. While the house is, of course, in a great location for skiing...we like it even better during summer. Local hiking is fantastic and the air conditioner is great at night.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

We chose Deer Lake Village because it doesn't feel like apartments, as so many condos do. Deer Lake Village feels like home. (Just a LOT more fun than our regular home in North Carolina.)

This location is very convenient yet still private. We love the mountain views, the aspens surrounding the patio, the proximity to Deer Valley, and the abundant free transportation. (Even though we take a car, we have the option to leave it in the garage. Great option!)
