Our PLATINUM RATED 4 BEDROOM(3 SUITE)/4 BATH 3,600 SQ FT PENTHOUSE had a completely remodeled $1.5 million+ facelift by a Beverly Hills Interior Designer. These upgrades include impeccable mountain furnishings and art work by Henredon, Slifer Designs, Ralph Lauren, and Crate and Barrel.
You will find BREATHTAKING MOUNTAIN VIEWS from every window in the Penthouse, especially from the PRIVATE outdoor balcony 8 PERSON HOT TUB overlooking Strawberry Park and Centennial Ski Runs.
Located on the 5th floor of the prestigious Platinum Rated 4 Diamond BEAVER CREEK LODGE, and centered in the HEART of the Beaver Creek Village, this luxurious Ski In/Ski Out Penthouse is just a few steps away from The Vilar Performing Arts Center, The BC outdoor ice skating rink, exquisite shops, fine dining, casual restaurants, and kid-friendly activities.
Our Penthouse offers a GOURMET KITCHEN with a Sub Zero, Pizza Oven, Crate and Barrel plates, bowls, glass and flat ware, and all cooking utensils. Seating is abundant with a 10 PERSON DINING TABLE and a 5 PERSON BAR seating area surrounding the kitchen. The family room offers a wood burning fireplace (wood is delivered to your room) and state of the art Bose surround sound entertainment system and IPOD dock.
The Penthouse accommodates up to 12 people, offering 2 MASTER SUITES with a King bed, 1 SUITE with 2 Queen beds, and a children's room with 4 twin BUNK BEDS. There are stately European Bath rooms in every suite, a full shower bathroom across from the children's room, as well as, a Jacuzzi in the main Master. Flat Screen televisions are in every room, as well as, pillow-top mattresses and down comforters and pillows.

When you walk in, it feels open and spacious, but somehow the floorplan allows for plenty of privacy. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, making you want to stay in them all morning, until you look out the enormous picture window in the master bedroom, and see the lift carrying skiers right outside your window! All of a sudden, you can't get your skis on fast enough!! Adults will enjoy the beautiful kitchen, upscale luxurious mountain furnishings, and deep jetted tub. This is a wonderful condo!! Incredible location, truly ski in/ski out, steps from the chair lift, and incredible warmth of the housing. You quickly know you are staying in someone's home, not just a generic rental -- the decorations and kitchen amenities reflect this family's love of their condo & their love of Beaver Creek. We took a group of teenage friends and they were thrilled with the spaciousness of their bedrooms, the cleanliness of the condo, and the central location of all the village entertainment. They had a blast being able to explore on their own and still be minutes from the condo. We highly recommend this vacation rental.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Luxurious vacation home in fabulous condition, gorgeous setting and perfect for families. The pictures don't do it justice. Everyone loved the mountain ski views from the private hot tub on the balcony. The kids loved their separate room w/ bunk beds and ladder access!
