Our vacation home is located in the upscale gated community of Corta Bella. It is an active adult community centered around an 18 hole Troon Golf Course. The Club House features an olympic size pool, hot tubs, fitness facility, tennis courts, pickle ball, & a full european spa. The Social Club features a cafe and lounge, as well as fine dining.
Our home was newly furnished in 2010 and has an open disign floor plan which is bright & airy.
It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus an office. The large kitchen is well equipped with new pots, pans & a lage set of dishes, glasses, and silverware.
The great room & master bedroom have new flat screen LCD TV'S. New sheets, towels & blankets are provided for both bedrooms & baths.
The office is furnished with a desk, chair and daybed.
Outside there is a large covered patio with table, chairs, lounge chairs & a nice natural gas grill.
Corta Bells was ranked two consecutive years as Arizona's best active adult community by "Ranking Arizona" produced by "Arizona Business Magazine"
