Owner info
About the owner: Mike and I oil paint and participate in art shows all around Florida. We live in the park so if any problems arise during your stay, we are just "around the corner".
Why the Owner Chose Other Davenport Properties:
This home was my mothers and she left it to me and my son. Since I already had a home with Mike, I thought it would be nice to allow others the oppertunity to visit our area and all the activities by using it as a vacation rental.
The Unique Benefits at this Mobile Home:
The enclosed patio is under central air and heat, and, although our community is close to so much activity, it is very quiet. Sitting on the patio sipping your hot coffee, you can watch the sand cranes walking across your lawn, strolling past the house.
