We purchased this property as our second home and visit often. The location is ideal to support an active lifestyle of skiing, snowshoeing, hiking and mountain biking. We are only 45 minutes from the Tahoe/Reno airport and the roads in incline are well maintained making it very accessible in the snow. The sprawling open floor plan gives you plenty of breathing room, even with a full house.
You can't beat Lake Tahoe for year round fun and adventure. There are plenty of outdoor activities throughout the year, special events in the village, or you can just relax in our spacious home!
5 miles from Sand Harbor, Incline Village private beaches are two minutes from the home and the numerous hiking and mountain bike trail heads can be walked to. 10 Miles from Mt. Rose ski resort, 15 Miles from North Star, and 4 miles from Diamond Peak.
Squaw, Alpine and Heavenly are 45 minutes away. Kings beach is 5 minutes away, Truckee, Tahoe City and South Shore are about 30 minutes away.
Restaurants from fine dining to a quick bite are within minutes of the home. There are two grocery stores with in two miles and there is a number of great happy hours at the many restaurants in the local area.

I had a wonderful time in this great house. Spacious rooms, very clean. Great view. The WII and game room were terrific. Coffee on the deck, with those beautiful pine trees. Just beautiful. Peak (January-March and June-September)-$325/night weekdays, $375/night weekends Shoulder (April-May & October-December)-$275/night weekdays, $300/night weekends Holidays . . . $400/night weekdays, $450/night weekends 5 night minimum required. Special discounts for 7+ night stays. Non-refundable cleaning fee: $225 Security Deposit: $1,000, refundable if left in reasonable condition. If booked more than 90 days in advance, a 3-payment schedule is available. Full payment required 14 days prior to your stay.
