Located in Emerald Island Resort, one of the most prestigious resorts in the Orlando area, this gorgeous townhouse is in a 24 hour gated community, two and a half miles away from Disney and all major parks. A cozy and beautifully decorated home with 3 bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a soft King size bed and a balcony where you can watch the nature while drinking your coffee in the morning.
The 2nd bedroom has a firm Queen size bed and finally the 3rd. bedroom has a regular Full size bed. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen televisions and are located upstairs, where in addition to the master bathroom a second full bathroom is also available.
The floor area is approximately 1445 sq. ft. divided in two floor levels. The kitchen, living room and dining room are located downstairs, where you will also find a charming half bathroom.
The resort is located in the middle of a PRESERVATION and has unique dolphins water fountains, dazzling landscaping, lakes and palm trees. Amongst the amenities are nature trails, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts; playground, two heated pools, Tiki bar, massage, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness center, cyber café and arcade. This location has access to fishing at either of our lakes, free of charge or by a nominal fee. Friday is Karaoke Night by the pool; enjoy the music while sipping on a drink.
Within a 5 minutes drive you will find several golf courses, miniature golf, supermarket, liquor store and shopping area. Within a 10 minutes drive you will find several restaurants, horseback riding, helicopter rides, as well as the beautiful historic town of Celebration, which is a must see. Walt Disney and all major parks are also TEN minutes away.
Within a 20 minutes drive, watersports facilities such as lakes, rivers or costal activities areas are available, and should you feel like taking the family or friends to the beach for the day, Cocoa Beach as well Melbourne Beach are a 50 minutes drive away.
The staff at the Concierge Desk will be happy to help you with your vacation needs, such as information and directions to restaurants and golf courses, discount coupons and park tickets, as well as transportation.

We just stayed at this home, and it was fantastic. Quiet, clean, beautifully furnished and everything worked perfectly. Initially we wanted to stay close to the clubhouse, but we were glad that we didn't because the karaoke and music at the pool was quite loud at times. At this unit, it was whisper quiet the entire time. I highly recommend this as a fantastic place to stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The property is clean, well maintained and updated throughout. The owner was pleasant, responsive and quite accommodating. The property was exactly as described, nicely decorated and provided all the amenities a family needs when planning an action packed week in Orlando. Close to Disney, shopping and restaurants with a nice pool and tiki bar at the resort when staying home for the day. Staff at the resort were extremely helpful. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with. The unit was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Orlando. Yes, there is wildlife - got to watch an armadillo graze one afternoon.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Coming from Canada, we were hesitant in finding a home online but were extremely happy with our choice. Being in a gated community we felt safe and secure and thoroughly enjoyed the resort pool and all the resort had to offer. Being so close to Disney and Universal made our choice all the better. The pictures online don't do the house justice, it was beautiful and spacious and perfect for a family of 5. If we ever go back to Florida we would definitely look into renting this house again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The home was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures posted online. The property was very nicely maintained and all the beds and furniture were very comfortable. We could easily drive to the Disney parks within 10 minutes. Drive to Universal Parks was about 20 minutes. Our daughter and her friend were on college spring break and loved the property and had a blast at the theme parks. We felt very secure in the gated community with Security Officers. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store within a mile. I thought the property was great and the price for this three BR unit was awesome. Much more room than a hotel and at a better price. Saved money also by eating breakfast in the full kitchen area. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This beautifully decorated twonhome was more than we could have asked for during our stay close to Disneyworld. Not only was the drive to the theme parks under 5 to 10 minutes, it was close to downtown disney for great entertainment. We loved it! The townhome was our home away from home. When we arrived, our three children were so very excited. Each of the bathrooms had a beautiful floral design in the toilet paper, we felt like we were in a luxury resort. The very nice shampoos & conditioners, soaps were provided in all bathrooms. Plenty of towels in the linen closet. The linens on the beds were incredibly soft and luxurious. The surroundings were quiet and private. We enjoyed having a gated entrance upon returning late each night from the theme parks. We did not have the opportunity to enjoy the clubhouse or the pool as we spent all of our time at the theme parks. This is a wonderful place to stay and we will return here again hopefully very soon. The owner was most gracious and wonderful to communicate with. This place is top-notch! Go ahead and reserve before it gets booked!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

RENTAL RULES 1. Smoking is NOT allowed INSIDE the premises only. 2. People OTHER THAN THOSE in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in the same manner in which it was found upon your arrival. We reserve the right to keep your deposit in the case of missing items. 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. NO shoes in the washer please. 6. Pets are NOT allowed. 7. Parking: PARKING PASSES – Parking passes will be provided to you by the CLUB HOUSE upon your arrival at the resort. Kindly furnish security guard with a Driver’s License/ID at the entrance gate. Renters must display parking pass on the dash-board at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense. 8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service unless required. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Only beach towels are allowed outside of the unit and it is the guest’s responsibility to see that they are returned to its’ proper place. We do not permit regular towels or linens to be taken from the units. 9. Water and Septic: We advise you NOT to drink tap water as the mineral content in the water is high. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $500.00 (USD). 10. Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: • The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or • A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. • The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: ? Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; ? Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and ? Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period. 11. Preservation Since the resort is located in the middle of a preservation, we STRONGLY recommend our guests to keep the DOORS CLOSED at all times; as lizards, bugs, flies, frogs, raccoons amongst other creatures are prone to walk in if doors are left open.

It is a peaceful, secluded place in the middle of a preservation, yet with access to basically everything you need within a 5 minutes drive.
