Charming end unit Town home on 3 full floors located on Bromley Mountain, which sleeps 8 people.
Bromley is a family mountain with lots of sun and the option of skiing nearby Stratton or Magic Mountains. With 44 trails Bromley was voted #1 in North America by SKI magazine for family programs and #3 in the East by SKI Magazine for value.
Our home features a master bedroom suite (queen bed) with views of Stratton, full dressing area with sink, large closet and separate bath. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs (2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has two twin beds) as well as a small play area with a bunk bed and separate full laundry room. There is a large stone fireplace and cathedral ceiling in the great room, heated entry hall with closet and ski rack, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a deck with storage closet. Dine on our new deck or enjoy the many fine restaurants in Manchester.
Amenities include seasonal heated swimming pool, cable TV, DVD, fully equipped kitchen, and firewood. There is also a full exercise facility with showers, wireless Internet service and a fireside lounge area in the newly renovated pool cabana.
Ample parking as condo is at the end of a small road.
Shop the outlets in Manchester, enjoy a massage at the Equinox Resort and Spa, ice skate at nearby Olympic-sized Riley Rink, cross-country ski on Robert Todd Lincoln’s Hildene Estate, snowshoe in the 2,900 acres of woodlands at Merck Forest, snowmobile through the forest or enjoy a wintry sleigh ride.
There is lots of summer fun on Bromley Mountain with the Sun Mountain Adventure Park including miniature golf, Alpine Slide, Sun Mountain Flyer Zip Rider, and the Big Splash water slide ride.
Bromley Mountain is located just 1.25 hours from Albany, 2.5 hours from Hartford, 3 hours from Westchester, and 4 hours from New York City.

Why the Owner Chose Peru:
We chose Bromley Mountain because it is a true family experience. There is something for everyone at Bromley, including beginner to expert trails, 4 terrain and freestyle parks, a high speed quad, and the Wild Boar Cafe. After a day of skiing we unwind at Johnny Seesaw's Restaurant just down the road. It is a wonderful country inn serving hearty fare in front of large, welcoming fireplaces. There is also a game room for the children and live music most nights.
