Year Purchased: 2003
About the owner: I moved to St. James City in 2003 and lived in this house on and off since then. I lived in this house full-time from June 2010 to August 2011. I have decided to make this a seasonal vacation home and have refurnished it as of September 2011.
Why the Owner Chose St. James City:
I always wanted to live on the water in SW Florida. I discovered Pine Island by accident in 2001 and kept returning to visit. I have been a full-time resident since 2003. I absolutely love living in St. James City and I feel so fortunate that I discovered it when I did!!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
This is really a unique property due to its proximity to all that St. James City has to offer including restaurants, festivals, churches, and civic center. For boaters, the access can not be beat. The dock and lift are in excellent shape and can accomodate up to 6,000 lbs. The boat trip is less than 5 minutes to Pine Island sound and the best fishing in SW FL. You will get such a tropical feeling sitting on the back lanai and watching the wildlife such as manatees and dolphins.
