  We spent Christmas week at this beautiful home with our daughter, son-in-law, grandson, and granddaughter. The home is spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. It is close to the parks and many eating establishments. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool! The gated community is great. Rob and Julia are wonderful people to work with!! Would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home with us. Randy & Ann Marie

  Spent two weeks in this beautiful home.Close to everything.The house had everything you could ever need during your stay.It was so spacious and comfortable,pool was fantastic.Would recomend this home to all,in fact returning myself in a few months ,cant wait!!!!!

  I have never seen orange orchards before, so that was a added plus; driving through a couple of them to get to the house. The house itself is really nice; nice layout, nice decor, great pool too! Location is great, right between Disney World and Legoland if you plan to take your kids there.

  Just spent a week here on a girl's shopping trip. Had a wonderful time. The Villa is very comfortable, clean and has everything you are looking for in a home away from home. Great location.... close to the outlet malls and the airport. Really liked the two master bedroom suites, and walk-in closets. Looking forward to next year already. Maybe I'll bring the kids next time since it has so much space and is close to Disney.

  The listing descriptions and photos accurately reflect the rental's appearance amenities. The property was clean and well maintained. For the golfer Winter Haven's Willow Brook Golf Course offers a good course at a reasonable price.

  We decided to do a last minute trip to Orland/Disney in November 2011. We began our search on VRBO and ran across this property and we are so glad we did. We have stayed at several VRBO properties in the past in the Orland area and this was a great location as well as a great bargain and was the perfect home for our vacation. The pool provided a great place to relax and the kids really enjoyed the pool toys that were provided at the home. We spent several evenings just hanging out there relaxing after a full day of activities at the parks. The home is about 15 minutes from the Disney Parks and is a very easy drive to any of them. Rob and Julia have provided all the comforts of home in their home. The kitchen has every gadget that you could possibly need or want while on vacation and is fully stocked with dishes and glassware as well as pots and pans and towels and the list just goes on. The home is new and clean and the décor is very nice. We look forward to our next Orlando vacation and hope this home is available. I do want to also mention that our stay overlapped one day with the next guests arrival and Rob and Julia worked with us so that we could enjoy one more day at their home and still had time to get the cleaning crew in before the next guests arrived which was a huge plus for us. They are great people to work with. This would also be a perfect home for two families with the 2 master suites.

  You could tell Rob & Julia take real pride in their property, from the top quality furniture to TVs in every room to every detail in the kitchen being taken care of. We were close to Disney and lots of great restaurants - Publix close by was very convenient. Pool was perfect when we needed a day off. We will be back!!
