From March 17 to April 4, 2013, we stayed at Windows of Jerusalem Tower Suites in a one bedroom apartment on the 14th Floor. It has a good view of town with the large windows in the main room and bedroom. The natural light makes this apartment very appealing to stay in. Goldie Spector, the general manager, is an excellent communicator. Her language skills were very beneficial to us because we only speak English. Prior to our arrival, she kept us up-to-date about the apartment accommodation. A couple of days before our check out, we contacted her via email, and she immediately responded to us. She was very helpful in making arrangements for a shared taxi to the airport for our departure flight from Tel-Aviv. Goldie provided excellent customer service for us during our visit in Jerusalem. The accommodation’s listing was accurate in its description about the apartment and amenities, which provides a very comfortable and relaxing setting. The apartment is well maintained, and we found it clean upon our arrival. At both entrances, the security involves a doorman and elevators requiring a card pass. And, of course, we were provided keys to securely lock our belongings when we left the apartment. We felt very safe in this building and surrounding neighborhoods both day and night during our visit. The Old City of Jerusalem is an easy walk back and forth to the apartment. We found a supermarket located a few blocks away on King George Street, within walking distance from the apartment. It is a well-stocked grocery store, where we purchased our food items during our visit. The Jerusalem Light Rail Station (Ha-Davidka) is located on Jaffa Street near an entrance to the apartment building if you prefer to use transportation. We prefer to walk to get exercise daily but the transportation with the light rail, buses, and taxis are readily available. Being vegetarians, we found that the Village Green Restaurant on Jaffa Street provided an excellent variety of tasty food (soups, salads, quiches, and desserts). Additionally, there are a number of other restaurants near the apartment that offer very good Israeli cuisine. The Windows of Jerusalem Tower Suites provide a comfortable place to stay with a great location. We give it a 5-Star rating, and highly recommend it to all travelers wanting to visit Jerusalem. My husband and I stayed in the one bedroom apartment and our college aged kids stayed in the three bedroom apartment. The photos and description were accurate. The property was very clean, well maintained with great beds and linens - my personal standard for a great stay. Goldie was helpful and available. I don’t usually write reviews and frankly writing this one is probably against my own interests because a lot of other people will want to stay here as more positive reviews are posted and this "undiscovered" option becomes more well known. We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids <5 years old and 1 infant) from Boston who came to stay for almost three weeks. Hotels were very expensive and few could even host us in one room. We found this apartment online and quickly contacted the management company. Here is a quick summary of our experiences: Management: Excellent. Up front, quick and responsive to every request. Very accessible and attentive to needs Apt: Excellent. Feels brand new. Upscale. Super clean. View is superb (from the one I had) - wish I could post the pictures we took. Kitchen is great. Washer / dryers were very useful. Internet was great. Air Conditioning made summer bearable. There was one building wide issue (a one time event) with the AC, but management helped coordinate fans for us and the issue was quickly resolved. Family: Having 5 people stay there was fine. They setup a crib for the baby and 2 cots (one in the bedroom and one in the living room). Along with the large bed we were able to all sleep very comfortably despite having just one room. Elevators are quick and easily fit the stroller for the kids. Parking was pretty accessible in the building (though some parking floors can not be reached directly...two stops needed). Location: Its right downtown by Davidka square. The new train goes right by (but you are so high up that you don’t hear it at all).You are very close to Ben Yehuda and Machne Yehuda (great for breakfasts and snacks) and can quickly get a cab to anywhere (or just walk .... we went to the old city multiple times with the kids). I would highly recommend this apartment. My parents actually came with us and stayed in another apartment in the same building with the same company. It was great for them too - excellent view and same service. They will be coming back frequently too. Looking forward to returning to enjoy Jerusalem in comfort again soon. We want to thank you for providing a very secure safe place to stay..even though we were kind of nervous..our visit to Jerusalem was wonderful. The apartment was in the best location..the tram to the Old City was right out side the door and also a great walk!! We enjoyed the restaurants, shopping, and everything being so close was truly amazing! Thank you all for being so accomodating..including the reduced price with our short notice visit..We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone for having a kitchen, a great refrigerator etc was exactly what we needed! I have been coming to Jerusalem for more than 10 years and this is by far the best experience I have had! The prices are extraordinarily reasonable and the accommodations are top of the line. This is the best deal I have seen in the city. And from this deal I can see the whole city. We felt at home the minute we entered this spacious apartment. The view alone was worth every penny! Comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, large modern bathroom with great shower. Large kitchen area for cooking and eating and separate desk for computer/WiFi (very convenient). A/C kept apartment cool during unseasonably hot weather. Rental process was easy, and Goldie's help was invaluable during check-in, check-out, and in-between. Convenient location for walks, sightseeing, shopping, and dining. We look forward to staying in this lovely apartment during our next visit to Jerusalem.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My husband and I stayed here during our two week trip to Jerusalem. The location was excellent! The light rail stop was just outside of the building. It was a short walk to Machane Yehudah, Ben Yehudah Street, and the Old City. The apartment was exactly like the pictures. It was clean and quiet, the kitchen was handy - everything was perfect. Best of all, the mattresses were exceptionally comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. This apartment was everything we were looking for. It was clean, secure and it had everything we needed. Wonderful views, and a perfect location to get to everything within minutes. They were very attentive to any questions or needs we had. I would reccomend to anyone I know to rent here when they visit. The listing was everything it stated. So convient to the market, the light rail is right outside the front door, there is an ATM next door, and even a cell phone store when I needed to recharge my sim card. It is a delightful 15-20 minute walk to the Jaffa Gate (that was with three children). And literally 3-5 minutes to Ben Yehuda. We rented a car and had a few options for parking lots, just make sure you understand the rates of the lot, and save your receipt to prove what you paid for when you pulled in, so they don't try to charge you more when you leave. Very nice 1 bedroom apartment... Modern and convenient to shops, restaurants, the market and the Old city (train is 10 minute ride and stops just outside the apartment building). Highly recommend for couples wanting to experience the old and the new of Jerusalem. Will definately stay here again! If Guest loses a key, Guest will be charged a $200 lock change fee. 9.Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. One set of linens and bath towels per person are provided in the unit. Guest agrees to abide by the above rules at all times while at the property and shall make sure that all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property abide by said rules at all times while at the property. Failure to abide by these rules will result in immediate termination of the lease with no refund. Guarantee policy: A 50% deposit is taken upon booking. The remaining 50% will be charged to your credit card 30 days before arrival. For any bookings within a 60 day arrival period 100% payment is due upon confirmation.
