  Perfect in every way. This home was beautiful and really clean. It had everything you could possibly need or want. Very spacious and accommodating. The location was excellent. A very short drive to the Canyon's Resort and just a touch further to PCMR and Deer Valley. Restaurants, shops, movies, bowling, Walmart, etc. was a 30 second car ride away. Main St, which we visited several times, was very close by as well. The owner couldn't be nicer. Extremly helpful, and quick to respond to any questions that I had. I've stayed at several condos/townhomes in Park City and this one by far was the best. If you are trying to decide between this or other homes in the area look no further. This place is the one! I would most definately recommend this property to friends or family. Thank you to the owners of this home for making this trip to Park City our very best. We are looking forward to staying again next season.

  The property was exactly as pictured and described, with plenty of space for our multi-generational vacation. Everyone enjoyed the air hockey, the comfortable beds, and hot tub at the club house. Paula was very responsive and professional throughout the entire rental process.

  We have been to Park City every February for the past 5 years and have rented a different home each time...this year we came with 23 other people from the East and West Coasts and rented 3 different homes in Bear Hollow Village. This was definitely the best one and was perfect for our group. So often when we've rented homes in the mountains, there is a lack of baskets for mittens or places to put skis and boots and coats...not here! Plenty of storage and ample place to hang skis, boot warmers, dressers in every room, big bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash, baskets, lots of fun games including an air hockey table, comfy beds...all the amenities you could ask for. And did I mention humidifiers for every room? So nice to have in the dry mountain air. We loved the home and the owners were quick to get back to us and answer any questions we had. We had a great vacation and really enjoyed the home. We would highly recommend this house to other renters!

  We enjoyed this property so much last year that we decided to return in 2013! Once again: This constantly freshened-up abode is a delight for our annual Family SKIFest (six adults, three children, ages 4-6). Everything is comfy, as well as pleasing to the eye! The air hockey game is enjoyed by the grandchildren as well as their parents. And everyone enjoys the hot tub at the Bear Hollow Club, just a short drive away. In three decades of skiing Park City, this is the first time we've stayed "this far" from the slopes, but the distances are almost nil in this close-to-everything community. Having Whole Foods and WalMart grocery nearby was a bonus—for breakfast and snack items—and "going to town" for evening restaurant meals means very short drives. And what a joy to be in a place so well stocked! It's amazing how many little items we need "just a little of"—and forget to bring—when away from home for almost a week. No worries! Anything forgotten is provided! Yes! Five of five stars! We shall return! Take a look at all the visitor reviews! Ditto on everything said by others. Our choice is a solid Five-Star rave, over and over.... and I challenge anyone to find a VRBO owner with friendlier/more attentive response and help than that of Paula Lack! No, I do not know her personally; we are cyber-acquainted only through this VRBO rental experience.

  We had a 1 week stay during Sundance and it couldnt have been any better. House was spacious with beautiful bedrooms. A great Kitchen and living area to relax and have conversations in the evening. We were there to work Sundance, so it was also great to be away from Main Street during non working hours. House had large double garage which was great for us to store all our work supplies. The Game Room was very cool, unfortunately we never used it as we were always a bit too tired from working all day. Definitely will return in the future and hopefully use the game room next time :) Oh and Paula the Owner is awesome! I left my computer charger and she mailed it out to me the next day! Thank You!

  5 couples came to PC to ski and relax. This condo was absolutely perfect, and far exceeded our expectations for the price. Every one of us thought it was perfectly located, well-maintained, and a great value. The owners are incredibly helpful and easy to work with, and we would return again! I have stayed in many condos- something that really stood out about this one is how it was nicely stocked with essentials. All the baths had toiletries, there was laundry detergent available, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were even greeted with a bottle of wine! The only thing to note is that the bunkroom has a curtain, as opposed to a door. Overall, a fantastic experience!!!

  We had a fabulous vacation while staying in this perfect Bear Hollow town home. It is beautifully decorated, clean and inviting. We have stayed in this community many times because it is centrally located to the ski resorts, Main Street and shopping/dining. We enjoyed this unit in particular because of the following: it has a fabulous layout, the kids loved playing air hockey, the humidifiers were a huge benefit with the dry mountain air , keyless entry meant no hassling with keys, boot dryers warmed our boots for the next day of skiing and the printer in the kitchen enabled us to print out our boarding passes prior to departure! The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with everything you forgot at home! Stay here, you won't be disappointed!

  We searched a lot of properties for a belated family thanksgiving. This owner personally emailed me right away as we were searching. I had narrowed my search down to 7 properties and when the owner contacted me to answer any and all concerns I had I immediately stopped the search and rented their condo, sight unseen. We had 10 adults come together for a Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone had a place to sit and eat and at all times we had eight people up to the table playing cards and games. A few went shopping but mostly we choose to stay and chat, eat, play games, and just enjoy one anothers company in the comfort of a beautiful, comfortable condo. I would recommend this property with confidence to anyone interested in a Park City Stay. Very professional and attentive owners to work with and very welcoming and hospitable accommendations.

  The owner was so wonderful to work with and very accessible to answer any questions. The place was very clean and had all the comforts of home -- dishwashing soap, laundry soap, extra toothbrushes (in case you forgot), blow dryers, shampoo, pots, pans, Wii gaming system, BBQ grill, etc. It has something for all ages. The kids, as well as the adults, loved it because there was a place for everyone -- downstairs with bunk beds and gaming, upstairs and bedrooms with T.V.s and DVD players. It is a fabulous place to stay and I highly recommmend it!
