  This is a very nice place with a great view. It is across the street from the beach, but you can see the beach from balcony. It is also a very short walk to the beach. I have stayed on the beach before and have longer walk to get close to the water. This was very easy walk to water especially with kids and chairs. The owner is also very nice and helpful. Met us at the room and showed us around and was also very helpful during our unfortunate circumstance of car breakdown. He even offered to take us and our luggage somewhere else. He had other people coming in so we had to vacate, but he was very helpful and understanding of our situation. Will definitely be staying here again.

  Are you looking for a relaxing escape along the beautiful, powdery sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico? May we recommend a stay in this comfortable and fully equipped condo getaway? The balcony picture above well represents the breath taking view from the large open living area. Enjoy amazing sunsets and lovely beach views as the sound of crashing waves lap the shoreline. Well traveled along the Forgotten Coast, we found the condo as nice OR nicer as any visited. You will find all amenities needed...just bring your food choices and yourselves! Be prepared to relax! :)

  It was thoroughly enjoyable. Quiet and weather was good considering the possibility of storms. Meals at Toucan's and The Fish House were excellent also. Wonderful place to relax. We drove along the coast to neighboring towns and loved the peace of it. Very clean, attractive and comfortable unit. The owners were very helpful and we would definitely recommend choosing to stay here.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.

  The recent stay in Mexico Beach at the condo was very nice. The property was well located and the pictures on-line actually did not represent the true size of the rooms. We had more than enough space for our two teenage sons and me and my wife. Pool just outside our unit was nice as well. Lanny gave us a good overview of the property and answered all our questions. We would consider staying here again. Very quiet town, but great location to do day trips to Cape San Blas, St George Island, and Panama City Beach.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  The Club is a nice place. However, there isn't much to do in Mexico Beach.

  This is the best place to stay! The view from the living room is amazing. The pictures do not show the true beauty of this unit. Our stay for a week was one of the best vacations we have had.The unit was clean, stocked, and I could not recommend enough for anyone to stay here. We plan to rent this same unit next summer.

  Had a great time at my 3-night stay at this condo at The Club at Mexico Beach. It's an excellent location close to shops and Toucan's and beach is just across the street. The condo was spacious and very nice with lots of upgrades and was very clean. Although we planned to, we didn't use the kitchen very much but it was great for entertaining and seemed to have everything needed. There are two reasons that I didn't rate this condo as excellent and was a minor irritation. The first was that we ran out of toilet paper. What was supplied was only what was on the dispenser when we got there. There was no extra. The other was that there were no wash rags or hand towels in the bathrooms. On the second day, we finally decided to use kitchen rags as washrags. Other than that, the unit was great and the complex is very nice!!

  Owner response: There was full rolls of toilet paper placed in each bathroom and an extra roll under the sink. There were wash clothes in the bathroom and extra ones in the closet. I'm confused at their complaints.

  My husband and I visited Mexico Beach in April 2012 . The condo is very nice with a great view of the beach and ocean which was beautiful with the white sand and emerald green water. Just a short walk to the uncrowded beach. we enjoyed the restaurants,our favorite was Toucan's which was within walking distance of the condo. Traffic was noisey on HWY 98 but we hope to visit Mexico Beach again in the future.

  My kids and I spent our Spring Break at Mexico Beach, which is so beautiful and Lanny was a great host. He met us there and showed us around the condo. The condo is very nice and clean. We slept five very comfortably. The condo is directly across the street from the beach, but this condo has a great view from the balcony. Very close to the local restuarants. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub also, which is just a couple of doors down from the room on the same floor, which was really convenient. Mexico Beach is a great place to bring family and friends! We will definitely be renting from Lanny again!

  It was a perfect location and great view of the beach. We love Mexico Beach for it's family atmosphere. We saw dolphins jumping and pelicans diving. We loved the condo, hot tub, and porch. We had a wonderful time! Thanks.
