The pictures do not do it justice. You are literally RIGHT ON THE BEACH. The only thing between you and the beach is a tiny street that is frequented by bicyclists more than motorists. The beach has a great break with awesome surfing and body boarding. The property has a nice pool and hot tub with several BBQ's and tables. The Marina is a short walk from the building and there are great shops and dining opportunities. We also took advantage of the Marina and went on a half day fishing trip. Again, right next to the property. All in all, a great visit, with a great property. Would highly recommend it and plan on coming back next summer.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

My family of 4, including my 2 young children, stayed in this condo for several days. It was exactly what you see in the pictures but the pictures do not capture the convenience of this condo location. The walk from condo door to water is 5 minutes. From this 3rd floor condo kitchen window and balcony, I could see my kids playing with my husband on the beach. There is a clear view of the Oceanside Pier. The condo is clean and the bed comfortable. The couch/sleeper sofa bed was not in spectacular shape so we used an air mattress on the floor for the kids. The beach is on one side of the condo and the marina is on the other side. The marina includes wonderful shops and restaurants! The property is clean and well maintained. It is also quiet, gated & safe. The pool area was nice and clean. The office personnel very friendly & helpful. Can’t wait to go back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.
