It's located south of scenic Highway 30-A - on a secluded private stretch of the Emerald Coast. Yet it's only minutes from golf, shopping, restaurants, and fun for all.
For those unfamiliar with this part of the Florida Panhandle, the beaches of 30-A are known as the Emerald Coast because of their unique clear-to-turquoise waters and sugar-white sand. The area is also known for its natural beauty, the lack of high-rise condos, and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. There is no over-commercialization here.

Fish right from the beach. Rent bikes; go for a swim; or raft in the waves. Or just wander along the beach and enjoy the view. Just bring plenty of sunscreen!
The home just went through a rather extensive renovation (completed April 2004) including all new furniture, new electronics, new paint and wallcoverings, and much, much more! The motif is a bright Caribbean-style, with lots of color - just right for the beach! Enjoy the convenience of reserved, drive-under parking (no crispy hot cars). We DO NOT offer a sub-par, generic rental condo. Our standards are reflected by the high thread count sheets we have on all our beds. Supplied for your use are full sets of linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, a cooler, beach toys for kids, an initial supply of paper and soap products and much, much more! So all you need to bring is family, friends, food, drink, and a desire to enjoy the vacation of a lifetime.
