The beach is less than 50 ft. at the end of the board walk and there are no roads to cross! Relax on one of two decks looking out over the beach and Gulf of Mexico. This Non-Smoking townhouse is in Seacrest Beach, and is part of the secluded small complex of 7 Palms (just 7 units...thus the name 7 Palms, which was formerly Ramsgate Townhomes). It's located south of scenic Highway 30-A between Rosemary Beach & Seagrove Beach - on a private stretch of the Emerald Coast. Yet it's only minutes from golf, shopping, restaurants, and fun for all.
For those unfamiliar with this part of the Florida Panhandle, the beaches of 30-A are known as the Emerald Coast because of their unique clear-to-turquoise waters and sugar-white sand. The area is also known for its natural beauty, the lack of high-rise condos, and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. There is no over-commercialization here.
Seacrest Beach is approximately halfway between Destin and Panama City Beach - and only minutes from Seagrove, Seaside, Grayton, and Rosemary Beaches. Seacrest Beach is a fantastic area - close to all the restaurants, shopping, and activities of the beach. Yet this townhome is located in an isolated area away from all traffic and crowds; so it's perfect for relaxation, fun family activities, and water-sports! Enjoy sunning, fishing, swimming, crabbing, sailing, bike riding, or just taking it easy. You name it - it's here to do! Or not - it's up to you!
The townhouse is located close to Deer Park; so you'll have over two miles of empty and undeveloped beaches - and pristine dunes directly to the west. The area is perfect for morning walks and wonderful quiet time. Our townhome is located in a private, gated, residential area of Seacrest Beach; so there's no traffic (or related noise), and no chaos. Only the sound of the surf every night.
The motif is a bright Caribbean-style, with lots of color - just right for the beach! Enjoy the convenience of reserved, drive-under parking (no crispy hot cars). Enjoy an outdoor shower to keep the sand outside. It's great for rinsing off the kids. There is a full-size kitchen that is fully stocked and with service for six plus, the kitchen has all the conveniences of home.
We're within a day's drive of most major southern cities. Nearby activities include snorkeling in crystal-clear water right out your back door, golf, shopping, and restaurants are just minutes away. Fish right out your door! Pompano, redfish, Spanish mackerel, bluefish, bonito, and more can be caught right in the surf.
Amenities include three VCR/TVs and CD players, and a selection of videos, tunes, puzzles, books, and games included for you and the kids to enjoy!
Bike paths - ride to Seaside, Rosemary Beach or Grayton Beach! Rental bikes can be delivered to your door. Beach chairs are included too! Relax and enjoy! Located 1/10 mile south of 30-A - away from traffic in a private gated neighborhood - perfect for children. Travel a short distance to Destin, Fort Walton, or Panama City Beach for deep-sea fishing, outlet mall shopping and more.
We DO NOT offer a sub-par, generic rental condo. Our standards are reflected by the high thread count sheets we have on our beds. Supplied for your use are full sets of linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, beach toys for kids, an initial supply of paper and soap products and much, much more! So all you need to bring is family, friends, food, drink, and a desire to enjoy the vacation of a lifetime.
