Great little condo for 2 or 3. We really enjoyed staying so close to everything. Within walking to a great restaurant (Hernando's). Would recommend to friends and will stay again.!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Really enjoyed our weekend getaway to Winter Park. The condo was newly remodeled, new carpet, very clean and tidy, nice hot water, and water pressure, nice clean bathroom. Everything you could possibly need for comfort and more. Great location in Winter Park. Would not hesitate to come back here again or recommend this to a friend.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

This property is a great option for a couple or a small family or even a small group of friends. It's close to downtown Winter Park. So close you could even walk. The ski bus picks you up nearby the property or you can make the 5 minute drive to the mountain. The property has a wood burning fireplace inside and a hot tub/rec center nearby, which is nice after a day of skiing or riding. Overall, it's a clean, simple and fairly priced place to spend a night or two in Winter Park.Recommended for: Adventure seekers.

About the owner: I moved to Colorado for the love of the outdoors, great skiing, biking. I love to get away for the weekend going to the mountains to either relax during the summer time and enjoy the bike trails either on the roads or the mountain bike trails at winter park resort. Its nice to get a peace of mind leaving the city and retreating to the mountains whether its hiking, biking or skiing.
Why the Owner Chose Hi Country Haus:
I like what Winter Park has to offer during the summer biking, and winter enjoying the skiing. Location of property makes it easy to leave car at condo for weekend, for getting to the town is within walking distance from condo, or just jumping on the ski shuttle during ski season to hit the mountain
