This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1525+ sq. ft. GROUND LEVEL, golf front, condominium is in the heart of Naples Florida and has been recently updated. It resides in the Glades Country Club Community which has very reasonable golfing Green Fees for monthly renters.(plus applicable transfer fee).
The Glades is ~5 miles from the white sandy beaches and pier on the Gulf of Mexico where you can see some amazing sunsets and watch the dolphins. It is also near Tin City and you pass the famous 3rd Street & 5th Avenue shopping streets in downtown Naples on your way to the beach.
The complex has two beautiful golf courses. A par 70, short but challenging course and a par 3 executive course along. There is also the reasonable priced 19th Hole bar & restaurant in the Club house.
This active community also offers eight, high quality tennis courts, bocci, shuffleboard, multiple semi-private swimming pools, the closest being a stone's throw away from the unit.
This unit is located in the quietest (no outlet) part of the complex and is one of the larger units with over 1500 sq ft of living space plus the screened in Lanai. The two bedrooms are separated by a very large living room and each have their own ensuite. The master ensuite has a king size bed, master bath and walk in closet. The 2nd ensuite has two twin size beds which can easily be turned into a queen bed. The dining room has a very large table for entertaining your guests.
The Kitchen and baths has also been recently upgraded and the unit is completely repainted. All furniture has recently been purchased and has a European flare.

We, a family of four with two kids (9 and 10 years old) spent one wonderful week in Naples last year in August. The apartment is exactly as pictured. When you get in you see immediately that this apartment is also used by the owners. Very clean, nicely decorated and completely equipped with everything you need. We couldn't ask for more. Appartently it has been relatively recently renovated. Harold, the owner, was extremely helpful with everything. He answered all questions very timely and also took good care of us by making sure that somebody was on site as to go to person. This turned out to be helpful because last August there were worries about a hurricane who was expected to make landfall in that area. Inh the end it didn't happen but still it was great to know there is somebody who is familiar with all the specialities. We loved the easy access to the tennis courts which were, maybe due to the heat in August, not frequented at all. In general if you look for a quiet and nice place this apartment should be definitely a consideration. If you are looking for vivid night life you should stay away but probably also from Naples in total.Owner response: Dear Ulli & Anne-Marie, thanks again for coming all the way from Germany to Florida. The condo was very comfortable. The furniture and kitchen supplies were totally complete. It was very fresh and clean. The location was quiet, relaxing and verybright. The area in Naples where the condo is located is perfect for golfers and beach goers. It is also just 10 minutes from the very active downtown area. Our first stay in Naples was perfect. We couldn't have asked for anymore.Recommended for: Age 55+.

That's what my neice called our visit. Everything was as described, landlord was super, reachable and so accomidating. Why the Owner Chose Glades Golf & Country Club:
My family has been coming down to Naples for many years after my parents purchased this condo. My father, Harold Neal & his brother, Bill Neal, loved their time in Naples(my father is on the right).
We love the golf, the shopping and the Gulf of Mexico's warm water and the white beaches!! Through the years we have shared this gem with friends and our American & European family.
We plan to continue to update the unit each year and we look forward to coming down more often.

Where can you go to have such inexpensive green fees for two different courses. This complex allows monthly renters, very reasonable green fees so there is a huge savings for the golfing enthusiast.
You can also walk a few minutes to one of the many pools in the complex or to the various tennis courts.
The location of this complex is very close to downtown Naples which we walk through on our way to the Naples Pier and beaches.
We love the warm and humidity after living so long in cold and dryness of Colorado. The complex greenery is very well maintained allowing us to experience the tropics just outside our door.
