Florissant apartment description

Newly built apartment on the TisreeD Lodge property. View more about TisreeD by going to Homeaway Property 923061. The Hideaway Apartment is the perfect spot to rest and recover from your active Colorado vacation.

A spacious bedroom with a queen bed, a loft with a queen bed and a small room with a twin bed. We have a fun little nook for a young person to sleep as well.

Our apartment is a short drive to many of Colorado's best attractions and lots of fun things to do on site.

Don't want to leave? Hike our property, hit golf balls from the golf tee, or play disc golf. Sit on the patio and enjoy a fire in the chiminea as you watch the night time sky for shooting stars. Search our 40 acres for signs of the the Native Americans and the sacred trees they left behind. Rock or mineral hunt; many treasures are found out nearby Crystal Peak. If the weather turns messy, stay indoors by the cozy fire playing one of the many board games or watch a DVD from our collection.

Want to explore? Florissant Fossil Bed Monument is just down the road. Loaded with history from the Hornbek Estate to million year old fossils, you will learn as you adventure around this national treasure. Pikes Peak Historical Museum is just down the road in Florissant as well. While in Florissant, take time to explore the Fossil Inn, an emporium of handcrafted home decor items, soaps, candles, antiques and other treasures. Next door, at Moo's Junktique, enjoy a couple of scoops of Blue Bell ice cream as you shop for artistic re-purposed items and vintage decor.

The Hideaway Apartment is located in the center of the state, so driving to any of Colorado's adventure sites is easy to do: mountain climbing, rafting, horseback riding, ziplines and more.
