Our Non-Smoking, villa home is luxuriously furnished, very spacious with both a living room and a separate family room with three disc DVD player, and high speed cable with Internet. The large kitchen has all the amenities, separate eating area, and boasts a large dining room with seating for six adults. A second full-size refrigerator is located in the full two-car garage with storage for all your activity gear.
The master bedroom suite boasts a king bed, walk-in closet, two-person two-head shower, private toilet room, large counter with two sinks, as well as an additional linen closet. Bedrooms #2 and #3 each have queen-size beds for those who love extra bed space, these rooms share a bath with tub/shower.
Our covered screened lanai has a beautiful 30 foot, electric heated pool with pebble tec finish, (pool is not baby and child fenced) Lanai has plenty of sun worshipping space to relax, enjoy a lovely dinner on the patio table, or just enjoy the paradise view of the lake and golf course.
