  Our stay in Venice was the such a terrific experience of local culture, scenery, sites... the works! Couldn't have been better. Our rental was just as described, clean, we'll maintained and a great location. The owner welcomed us the first day and made sure we were settled. We all look forward to coming back & would recommend it to friends. Such a great location to explore the beach, go biking, visit the Santa Monica Pier & lots of great food & shopping. And with the Coast highway and Santa Monica freeway nearby , perfect to launch off to amazing sites like the Getty Villa, the Griffith Observatory or even Joshua Tree National Park! Thanks again!

  My two daughters & I had the most excellent stay in Venice! Our rental was just as pictured, clean,well looked after and soe easy to acess the beach, shopping and the sights of Venice. The owner contaced us right away to make sure we were settled and made us feel welcome. We would definetly recomend our friends stay here as well. We covered a lot of ground! With the beach nearby and bike rentals to go as far as you like on bike lanes, Santa Monica Pier & shopping, and the Coast highway right there. And a lovely place to call home!

  Our family rented this home for and extended Super Bowl weekend. The listing and photos were accurate, the location is fantastic. Everything was sparkling clean. The linens and towels are brand new. They even supplied fluffy big beach towels to take to the beach. Ample hot water heater for soaking in the tub and showering. Skylights provide lots of light. The parking space is convenient, but was tight with our full size (Crown Vic) rental car. You have access to a washer and dryer, but it's in the main house in a common area and takes quarters so we decided to bring our laundry home. The guys at the bike rental on the boardwalk were friendly and we kept ourselves busy with bikes, skateboards, surfboards and boogie boards. Lauretta (the manager) was great too. We were offered an early check in and late check out and she went to the trouble of finding us a contact # for a babysitter. Thanks again!

  My wife and I recently stayed at the Dudley Ct. We found it to be beautifully decorated and extremely clean. It's layout is excellent for a couple. The loft was not used but it provides adequate space for children, only be careful with the stairs! The kitchen and bathroom have everything you may need and have a magnificent layout. The lighting throughout the loft is not overpowering. Lauretta was very informative and even though we did not meet her, we knew she was always available at a moments notice. The walk to the Boardwalk is short and has all attractions close by. We would love to go back and have a longer stay just to stay in the loft!

  We stayed at the suite while I was taking a yoga teacher training. The suite is beautiful and was a perfect home for the 10 days and included everything we needed - everything from a BBQ to toilet paper, blender, garlic press, plenty of towels and was nice to find sand toys for the kids! There was enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The tub was so nice and relaxing. Although we spent most of our free time on the beach, rain or shine, it was nice to have this home to come back to! All the reviews I read prior to our stay gave a very accurate picture of the home. Thank you!

  The cottage was exactly as described. I was a bit nervous that there were no outside views but there is a completely private wraparound balcony. It is small but sunny and adequate. It is in the best part of Venice (I feel :)) and me and my 2 teen girls had plenty of room. Well appointed with a well equipped full kitchen, worth the price alone for the money it saved us in eating out. we even had room to entertain some local friends. I would suggest leaving some maps and perhaps a little local guide for where to shop, etc... in the place as this would have helped us get oriented quicker (as well as where is the closest trader joe's! :) but witht he Wifi, this was easily overcome with online maps. It is bright, clean and restfull. Lauretta was great, personnable and very helpfull and even had some fruit and water waiting for us. I would definitely recommend this property. Both kids want to go back.

  What a great location - 1/2 block from beach!! Nicer than the photos. We took our family of 5 with girls ranging in age from 5 months to 14 years. It was so close to the action in Venice Beach and a longer but beautiful walk to Santa Monica pier. Groceries, restaurants and other amenities very close too. The home was immaculately decorated and stocked. The loft was great for our teenager but a bit of a challenge with a toddler who likes to climb - solved by covering the stairs! Thanks to Lauretta for responding so quickly to all our questions and the hospitality!!

  Recommanded by my parents, it was a perfect lover WE gateway thanks to the appartement taste, accomadation, and location. Everything is walking distance (bars, restaurants, beach, cafe...) Mostly recommanded.
