This townhouse is located at the top of Beaver Creek mountain, with access to two lifts, including the bunny lift. There is a new, huge deck that connects the unit to the next unit, but also has a privacy wall. The snow is called Champagne snow because it is so light and airy, as is the feeling of the townhouse, itself. The view is incredible. You can sit on the deck and watch as your friends and family come in for lunch, if they desire. We have had the next door townhouse, E-3, for 17 years, and when this one came on the market, we bought it immediately. We have skied all over Colorado, and continually are so glad that we have the best of the best--location and snow. Also, the architecture and community are first class, and friendly.

About the owner: Bill and I have been married for 32 years. We started skiing together when we were dating. We have only missed one Christmas skiing, in all of those years. We decided to buy a place 17 years ago because we were spending so much money renting. We found the place of our dreams, and have enjoyed it immensely. We love to ski in winter and golf, play tennis and hike in the summer.
*My Mother, Judy, wrote that in 2011. She passed away in 2013 and I (Merideth) currently manage our rental properties. Beaver Creek was much more than just a second home to her and our family and I felt like she captured that with what she wrote. She had a heart for hospitality and I want to continue her legacy by opening up our home to guests from all over the world!
Why the Owner Chose Meadows: We bought this townhouse because of the location and the snow. We always had difficulty getting to Aspen and Snowmass, and Vail was always too crowded. The snow at Steamboat was always questionable. We love the seclusion, as well. This house is right next door to our original house, and we can sleep a total of 18, and so can you, if necessary, by renting the two.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome: We ski in for lunch, which saves a lot of money, and is great if you need to layer up or down. The townhouse is on several levels, so there is a lot of privacy and the noise level is very low. We love the view of the mountain, from the deck, and all of the snow!!
This unit has an adjoining option to the unit next door for larger parties or multiple families traveling together (7 bedrooms total).
