  Despite being record lows for the month of March, our stay was better than I expected. The home was spotless upon arrival, the owner couldn't have been more accommodating, and the area was peaceful and friendly. On the warmer weather days, we spent time in the pool and lounging on the lanai. Many wonderful memories were made during our stay. We will definitely keep this home in mind for our next trip south. Thank you for a wonderful month.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  We really loved this rental. It is only a very brief drive to the stores, which came in handy. The layout of the rental is really nice and comfortable. It worked our really well for us ( two couples). While it is not next to the beach, it was only a 40 minute drive to Sanibel Island, which was our favorite and never had any traffic problems in the area, so it was an easy drive to visit the beach and other sites. It is a great location. Really nice and quiet neighborhood, and the house is nicely landscaped, and decorated. The owners, Cindy and Gerard, live 10 minutes away and they are available if needed, and very nice. They were perfect landlords, available if needed, but not a bother. The home itself is well kept and very clean. We used the pool almost everyday and enjoyed eating most of our meals in the lanai. It was a perfect vacation spot for us. We plan to return again next year.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  The house was AWESOME. The bikes were a huge plus because the neighborhood is quiet and the people were not afraid to say hi. The pool and lanai were a great place to relax. Having a clean house was great. The kitchen to cook some meals was nice. Thank you Cindy and Gerard for having such a nice house and being so friendly and helpful.   If you are looking for the perfect holiday home in beautiful Cape Coral, then this is the place. We have just sent 5 glorious weeks at Gerard and Cindy's holiday home and everything was perfect. All aspects of the home were as described and it is in an excellent location in SW Cape Coral. Being able to use the heated pool at any time of day or night was wonderful. The home is in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to all amenties such as shops, resturants and golf courses. I am definately going to recommend this home to family and friends. Both Gerard an Cindy make sure your stay is hassle free. I didn't want to come back to Australia. Many thanks, David and Martha

  We enjoyed the lovely landscaping as we spent many many hours using the lanai. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood to relax and yet your home is convenient to many other "tourist" places. You are great hosts. We will be back! We are planning to share about your home with friends.

  Everything was extremely clean and organized! quiet neighborhood and lots of space for 4 adults and 2 kids for an awesome price! My favorite thing about our experience was Gerard took about an hour of his time to show us how everything worked and he was a very pleasant person to interact with. I will definitely contact them if we ever go back to cape coral.

  We were a group of 8 (three couples, a kid + 1), we had a great time, the house was as advertised, we were in the pool most of the time, it was relaxing, the grill was fun as well. Gerard & Cindy were great, they came in to give the keys, they also helped us with some beach tips & directions. The house was very clean as well. We will surely recommend this to anyone who is interested.

  This house is beautiful! The pool is perfect. The kids were entertained and the location is great. We rode the bikes and grilled out on the evenings while we enjoyed our days only 15 min from from Ft. Myers beach. This is the place you will want to stay to enjoy subtropical Florida and not feel like a tourist. We can't wait to go back. Five star accommodations.

  Wonderful pool, we were in the pool everyday. Nice quiet neighborhood, safe for walking and riding bikes. We felt it really was our home away from home.

  The house was clean and newly renovated into a perfect condition. The pool was much appreciated for our two boys and also the games we found in the closet (Monopoly etc). We felt like home from the first day!

  If you are looking for a home rental in one of the best neighborhoods in Cape Coral, and a home that is absolutely like a model home.....this is the place for you! This home is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that easily accesses all the great areas of SW Fl., but is away from any busy roads etc. This is strictly a lovely residential area. The home has all the items needed for a comfortable rental as well as a beautiful heated pool area. Cape Harbour is close by and you can have great dinners, lunch and enjoy Happy Hour. While we stayed there, we went for the free music on Tuesday evening and also had fun seeing an antique car show.They have alot of special community events. This is a very popular area in the Cape. Also there is a Publix Supermarket, Walgreens, Circle K for gas etc., within a comfortable distance. There are specialty stores in this area too. Cindy and Gerard are just great as well as professional in handling their rental property.We received our deposit within 3 days of arriving home. We will definitely rent from them in the future. I highly recommend this home as a rental for anyone who is staying in Cape Coral. Thx. Cindy and Gerard for a nice stay.
