Treat yourself to luxury in our beautiful 4th floor residence in one of Myrtle Beach's premier resorts completed in 2008. The Horizon is an upscale property with four levels of covered parking, security, 24/7 lobby, elevators, climate controlled corridors, indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs as well as an indoor kiddie pool, lazy river, exercise room all make this the place to spend a few nights or a few weeks. It's also a great place to snowbird during the winter.
The resort contains numerous water features plus unlimited access to amenities of the adjacent Grande Shores resort.
We are located at the north end of the city of Myrtle Beach on Ocean Blvd at 77th Ave North. This is a quiet and tranquil location about four miles from the busy downtown section of Myrtle Beach. Our location is a mix of residential properties set among ancient oak trees. An excellent location if you enjoy early morning walks on the ocean or strolling down the sidewalk thru the residential areas.
Granite countertops in the kitchen, ceramic tile and carpet, wall mount flat panel TV's in the living room and bedroom, jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, free wireless internet, stainless steel appliances, two person breakfast bar seating with addt'l four person dining seating, fully equiped kitchen with maple cabinets. All make your stay comfortable and luxurious. Numeric key pad on the entry door eliminates waitng at the registration/check-in desk and allows you to go directly to your 'home at the beach'. All of our guests love this feature! There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dinnerware and small appliances let you choose whether to eat in or go out. There is also a washer/dryer 'in the unit' for your use. Everything you need is awaiting except food.

You won’t have to venture far to find them. My husband and I rented this place for our anniversary weekend. The room was excellent, clean and very well maintained. The owner was very easy to work with and questions were answered very promptly. Would definitely rent again.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

We are stay one week and all everything is perfect at this condo (clean , great view , very pleasant for vacation , very near for most good restaurant and super golf courses , we have make to bike ao the beach and in the beautiful neighbourhood . Mark is very effective and we answer very fast . We come back certainly and already recommend at our friends at QuebecRecommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

This lovely ocean view condo is spacious and offers the comforts of home! Full kitchen made saving money on meals easy! Easy beach access. We enjoyed our short stay. Wish the weather had been warmer but we made the best of it! Mark was great to work with and made making the reservation easy. We would definitely stay here again.Owner response: Super, glad to hear things we good for you. We arrived on January 1 to a very clean and well appointed apartment. This apartment had everything ready for us - right down to soap for the automatic dishwasher and gleaming stainless steel pots and pans, towels & linens. All we had to do was provide the food! The parking facilities were very easily accessible as were the elevators. The common areas were also very clean and well-kept. Another aspect we enjoyed was that there were restaurants nearby, and a pharmacy and grocery store right around the corner. The view from our apartment was beautiful!! Everyday we enjoyed different aspects of the Atlantic Ocean. The Ocean was very near the building and the beach was beautiful! Everyday at the beach held a different scene depending on the weather. It's a great place to take a walk, and an experience we will long remember. Another amenity we enjoyed very much was the heated pool. It was large and spacious with lots of chairs for lounging. I had a last minute reservation I needed to make and really didn't think I'd be able to get ahold of the owner. However, after leaving a voicemail I received a call back within one hour and was able to book my reservation. The owner was very helpful and accomodating to my last minute reservation. The condo was beautiful, clean, and just as described. I can't wait for a return visit so I can stay for a few more days. Thanks again, wonderful! Great condo in a great location. Would definitely stay here again. Condo is well maintained and is all the owner said it would be. Loved the view of the ocean from the balcony.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

The view from this unit was fantastic and the owner is excellent to work with. I plan to return to this unit next year. The unit was exactly as described and pictured and was very clean. I was not aware that there was another complex between our unit and the beach, but it was so easy to get to the beach and we had full privileges at the other complex. Wish I owned this unit!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

My husband and I just recently returned from a five night stay @ The Horizon at 77th unit # 410. The unit was everything that we hoped it would be and more! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! We loved how the hotel was located in a quiet residential area. The hotel was never crowded which is a rare find at Myrtle Beach! The unit had all of the amenities that made you feel at home. I have rented from several vacation rental by owners and this owner was by far the best! He made sure that he anwswered any questions we had and he kept in contact with us the whole time. You could not ask for anyone a better unit or owner!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway.

My wife and I were a little skeptical about dealing with a private owner versus a hotel but after working with the owner of Horizon #410 we will definitely be back next year and this is why: The condo was just spectacular, spectacular, spectacular, spectacular, spectacular, spectacular and I mean spectacular!!!! The condo offered great views of the ocean, an at home feeling, and it is only 10 minutes from all of the fun at Myrtle. The owner was extremely helpful and communicated well with us from our first inquiry, once after our check in and then after our stay. Horizon #410 is well taken care of and from the first time we opened the door of the condo we could tell by the upkeep of the condo that the owner was passionate about providing his guess with a great experience on their vacation. Having up to date appliances (all stainless steel by the way), made it very easy to cook meals and save some money to spend elsewhere. The views of the ocean and eastern sky were great for picturing taking of the sunrise. So if you are looking for an affordable, clean and comfortable place to stay in Myrtle Beach, this is the one.Owner response: Thanks for the nice review. If you've been to Myrtle Beach before, or are researching your first trip, don't let this opportunity pass you by. Horizon is located perfectly in the middle of everything that is Myrtle Beach. A short, 10-minute drive in either direction will get you to some of MB's best shopping, entertainment and food. Oh, and the beach? Take the elevator to the ground level and walk outside. It was never crowded, allowing for plenty of space to relax, play a game or take a walk. Horizon #410 was a great choice for a long weekend, but the amenities and the "extras" provided by the owner could easily allow a family to stay for a week or more. Nice bath linens and memory foam mattress on the pull-out sofa, too. The owner communicated with us throughout the entire process and made sure everything was in place for our arrival. A keypad locking mechanism on the unit means you can bypass front desk check-in/out during your stay; a major plus that helps make you feel at home. It's also nice to not have to worry about carrying a room key to the beach or bar. When we did need the front desk, however, they were very helpful in calling cabs, suggesting restaurants, etc. Parking is a breeze at Horizon; we were able to get a spot in the garage right near the elevator almost every time we returned. A Food Lion is located a mere 60 seconds away, so it's easy to stock up on food and those left-at-home supplies. With a location in the heart of it all, but far enough away from the noise and crowds, Horizon #410 is a great option for a trip to Myrtle Beach! About the owner: I've lived in Cleveland, Ohio, all my life. I've been a Lieutenant on the Cleveland Fire Dept. for 22 years. and have three sons between the ages of 19-25yrs. I've been visiting Myrtle Beach for over twenty years now and have seen the tremendous growth the city has experienced since my first visit. It's been a vacation destination for my family since 1990 and I believe we have visited Myrtle Beach every year, at least once, if not twice each year, with the exception of one year in the past twenty-one years. Family memories and photos from our trips will last a lifetime and a tradition, I hope, my sons will continue as they begin their families.
Why the Owner Chose Horizon at 77th:
During my years visting the area I vacation in all areas of Myrtle Beach. I always ending up coming back to this area of the city. I believe this area of Myrtle Beach has always been more upscale and less hectic than other areas. This specific location has such a beautiful and unobstructed view looking north really sold me on this location. No other resorts blocking my panoramic views of the ocean for miles and just a quiet peaceful area.

The original dream for this resort was to build something unique, upscale, and first class and I believe this was achieved with the Horizon at 77th. No cookie cutter design or 'condotels' here. Everything from the climate controlled hallways, to the attention to detail, even in the common areas, unique designs of the condos, room contents, and color choices, and the overall appearance of the building itself shows the vision the developer had when designing this resort and truly making it a premier resort in Myrtle Beach.
