Upon entering this sanctuary through the entry door you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Caribbean sea scenery overlooking the living room and grand dining room accommodating 12 guest, central AC, maids quarters, fully equipped kitchen with high end ss appliance and a fabulous ocean view open space terrace with jacuzzi, lounge and BBQ area to enjoy and entertain your guest.We include in the rental rate the following; daily house keeping,laundry service, breakfast lunch & dinner prepared daily at the apartment(guest provides food).You will be the privileged to experience the ultimate vacation experience.

Cap Cana Marina -: Cap Cana Marina is the biggest marina in the Caribbean with over 1,000 slips accommodating yachts of up to 250 ft. (the only full service marina in a 400 kilometer radius between the Turks and Caicos and Puerto Rico). The Grand Canal (sixty meters wide and five meters deep) is the central axis, surrounded by luxury stores and exclusive restaurants. It is designed to be the most important marina in the Caribbean.
