What you get at Fiddler's Cove is an exceptionally attractive and comfortable recently remodeled (see below) vacation villas: two bedrooms (one queen bed, two twin beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room) two full baths, living and dining rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, free high speed wireless internet, washer and dryer, television, wet bar, handsome furnishings and all accessories. Each two-bedroom villa has a private balcony, and generous windows that open to the light and breezes. The balcony overlooks a beautiful pond home to many species of wildlife. This unit is one of the larger and newer units in Fiddler's Cove. This is a non smoking unit.
The 23 acre resort includes complimentary access to a fitness center a few minutes drive away, ten clay tennis courts conveniently clustered near the villas and two indoor racquetball courts. There's no charge to play them, for you and your guests. Right down the road there is a great fitness center and four continuous miles of flat beach for running, walking or biking.
Plus, you'll enjoy having the larger of the Resort's two pools and a large spa directly in front of this Condo. Your children will enjoy our four playgrounds too.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Year after year our family of 5 has enjoyed wonderful vacations here at Fiddlers Cove. We especially love the quiet, serene view of the lagoon. Lasting memories have been made here at Fiddlers Cove.
Our building is closest to the Ocean. WIth the secure pedestrian/bicycle access gate 75 feet from our building you have a short 5-8 minute walk to the beach. Cars cannot use this gate so there is minimal auto traffic. Great area for kids to play.
Complimentary fitness center for our guests. The security guard will provide an access pass at the front guard gate upon request.
Exit the pedestrian gate make right on Folly Field Rd, then first left on Ghost Crab Way. Walk to end of Ghost Crab Way to the public access path. 5-8 minute walk.
Jamaica Joe's- A great little beach bar with typical Beach Grill fare. Waitress service at tables and a friendly indoor bar overlooking the Ocean. A great place to get out of the sun and catch a afternoon sports game. This Bar/Grill is seasonal and has live entertainment a few days a week.
Poolside restaurant and bar during the day and Turtles Bar upstairs. You do not have to stay at the Westin to dine here.
Parking lot available, bathrooms, soda machines and a childrens playground.
Basketball courts, playground, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, dog run, and some pretty nice trails to bike/run/walk. There is access to the ocean from the road.
A dirty spoon type diner with lots of character(s). Be prepared to be insulted as part of their schtick. Very good breakfast spot.

Peaceful place to run/bike to on an out and back ecercise loop along the beach. It is about 3 miles each way from the GHost Crab Way beach entrance. After you pass the Westin on nyour left there is no place else to stop for a drink etc.

Last Minute Vacation With 7 Months Pregnant Wife

I found this property EXTREMELY last minute...the day before we wanted to arrive in Hilton Head in fact. The owner's were a pleasure to deal with given the time constraints I was under trying to find a vacation rental so late on a Friday. We arrived late on Saturday and had no problem getting into the condo. They keys were waiting for us in the location promised. The condo is on the 3rd floor, so you definitely want to be comfortable with some steps, but we were very please with its location within Fiddler's Cove. It is literally right across the parking lot from the pool and the gate leading out of Fiddler's Cove for the short walk to the beach is also right there. The walk to the beach is a leisurely stroll of 5-10 minutes. The condo is very sizable! There is a LARGE balcony off the back overlooking a lagoon and there was more than ample space for just my wife and I. In fact there would be more than enough space for a family of 4 or 5. The condo was clean and it truly felt like a home away from home for the week we were there. This made for a nice relaxing vacation before our family expanded to three! Hilton Head Island is a great place! You have the beach, tennis, golf, shopping and of course a large variety of restaurants! Savannah, GA is only about 45 minutes away as well, and makes for a great day trip of historic tours and great restaurants. We ate at Clary's for lunch and Paula Deen's Lady and Sons restaurant for dinner. Some favorite places to go on Hilton Head would be Coligny Plaza, Harbour Town (in Sea Pines), Truffle's restaurant, and the shops at Wexford just to name a few. Our son was born in November so might be a little young to venture down to Hilton Head this summer, but we are definitely planning on making the trip again! I have no reservations about recommending this villa as a great place to rent for your family vacation. It was nice and quiet, safe, and close to island attractions and the beach!

I have stayed with my family twice here and am looking forward to going back again this summer! The condo is kept in pristine condition and offers both close proximity to the beach or a restful stay poolside steps away from the front door and at the end of the day it is nice to relax on the balcony overlooking the pond. Don't pass up this opportunity for a restful getaway!

Our family of 5 with three young children has stayed at Fiddler's Cove several times and I would highly recommend it to anyone. This condo is clean, updated and well maintained. It is a great family atmosphere with private outdoor space and right next to the pool. We love the location as it's a quick walk to the beach, conducive to walking/running/biking and just a short drive to amenities, restaurants and entertainment. This condo is a great value for a family vacation!

HHI-- great tennis golf beach biking restaurant quiet vacation area.. Fiddlers--- great value, 300 units, residential area.. mid island ,10 great tennis courts , 2 blocks from beach This unit--- very nice, 2bdrm, 2 bath nice owners, great value, very comfortable. they have expanded cable and wireless internet.. but mostly love the huge balcony overlooking the lagoon.. this unit is also one of the larger at fiddlers (no units are what one would call spacious, so the extra space is nice) and closest to main pool, hot tub and beach.. the best location at fiddler's .... two cautions .. 3rd floor walk up (so if steps are a problem... but we like this because no noise above you) and no local phone (in the age of cell phones not a problem).
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

The condo was clean, modern, very homey and obviously well-maintained. The pool, which is located at the bottom of the stairs is clean and well-kept. The listing description was accurate regarding this location and the photos reflected the rental's appearance most accurately. The owners were most helpful in answering any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this property to any of our friends or relatives. We would definitely recommend Hudson's Seafood and actually any restaurant you pick along the main drag would be outstanding. We most definitely enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo.
