Casa Arte is located within walking distance of Taos Plaza and with easy access to the Taos Ski Valley from the west side of town. A quiet and pleasant condo complex with 10 units, nicely landscaped with large common area planted with fruit trees and pines. After a day spent skiing, hiking, shopping, or visiting art galleries and museums, enjoy the back veranda, view a glorious sunset, and have a relaxing soak in the new hot tub in the very private back yard.
If you choose to dine out, you'll find Casa Arte close to many restaurants offering everything from fine dining to casual takeout menus. The house is also close to grocery shopping, so you may prefer to cook in the well-equipped kitchen and eat at the large dining table or at the handsome bar.
The high-ceilinged living area is spacious enough to accommodate a family and offers a cozy kiva fireplace with plenty of firewood, a game table, and comfortable chairs and a couch. Bookshelves hold books you may like, if you have not brought your own. Casa Arte is nicely furnished with original artwork and handmade furniture crafted by a local artisan.

A beautiful property - thoughtfully furnished and well maintained. Much attention has been given to making this condo a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. This condo is in a quiet location very close to Taos square - an easy walk into town for entertainment, galleries and shopping - close enough to town but not too close. It is a very convenient location. This condo is well taken care of and has any and every feature you could possibly want in a vacation property. Everything is quite new and we loved everything about it - the comfortable and modern surroundings, the very nice patio with great hot tub, very up to date appliances in the kitchen, nice modern bathrooms, big open feeling in the condo, the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Can't think of any negatives.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We were very pleased to see that your posted pictures represent the attractive furnishings and spaciousness of your home! We fell in love with all of the original art hanging throughout ! Your charming and well-equipped kitchen made cooking a joy . The hot tub in the beautiful garden was an ideal spot for watching the summer rain storms move across the Taos afternoon sky. Every morning we enjoyed an early morning walk though the charming streets and country roads ending with a cup of coffee on the Taos plaza. The weather was divine! And we were close enough to take advantage of some wonderful hiking areas, such as Williams Lake and Wheeler Peak! We look forward to returning to your home this winter for our week of skiing! Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us..and others who will find their stay in your home equally as wonderful!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Why the Owner Chose Taos:
We have been vacationing in Taos for more than 25 years and enjoy the area in all seasons of the year. We love being outdoors and love all the activities Taos has to offer. Some of our family members prefer to shop while the others hike mountain trails; some like to visit museums and galleries while the others ski. Fishing, rafting, and golfing are three of our favorite summertime activities. There is something for everyone in Taos!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We find it a real advantage to be able to walk to the Plaza for a cup of coffee in the morning or to listen to the music offered in the Plaza in the evening. We walk to the Farmers' Market on Saturdays during the summer to buy fresh fruits, vegetables, flowers, and baked goods. Casa Arte is on the edge of the Historic District of Taos, and there are fascinating places to explore on foot. We also like to drive to neighboring towns and villages of historic interest.
