Newly remodeled four-bedroom two bath second floor cottage that’s just six doors from the Newport Harbor. This relaxing getaway sleeps 8 people and is on one of the few tree lined streets on the quiet part of the island. One block from the ferry, you’ll experience easy access to the Peninsula and Newport Beach for additional water activities, restaurants and shopping. Decorated in a nautical motif, there are ceiling fans throughout, in addition to central heat and air conditioning and washer/dryer. Linens and towels are provided, plus Wireless Internet and unlimited long-distance phone service. Relax on the front balcony while BBQ’ing your lunch or dinner, and gather around the fireplace while watching the large flat screen TV in the living room. We have added warm touches throughout the home to make it an inviting and cozy place to snuggle up and relax. It’s never too soon to start creating your memories on Balboa Island.
