Be ONLY one house (80 feet) from the beach and enjoy beautiful partial ocean and bay views! This wonderful beach retreat with its wrap around balcony is the perfect place for a vacation by the water in sunny San Diego. The fully furnished 1,500 square foot condo features 3 bedrooms with a wrap around balcony, 2 full bathrooms with tub/shower, half bathroom, full kitchen, and a living room that opens to spacious balcony. The property also has a 2 car garage attached.
This tastefully newly decorated upper level condo is located in a two unit building featuring the second and third floors. The first floor of this unit is on the second story offering a light open floor plan of the living, dining, and kitchen area as well as a half bathroom. This floor is highlighted by beautiful views. French doors open up to a large balcony with breathtaking partial water views complete with a gas BBQ. In addition to the dining seating, the kitchen is fully equipped and has bar counter seating. Great for entertaining!
The third story features all three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and laundry facilities. This floor has a 260 Degree wrap around balcony with ocean and partial bay views.
Sleeping arrangements include: King size bed with twin bed in the Master bedroom, Queen size bed in the second bedroom, and a full/full/twin bunk bed in the third bedroom. There is also a pack n play (portable crib) and a bed/couch with twin trundle available. Both have proper twin mattresses.
This is the perfect place for long lasting memories of family reunions. Not only is the house warm, comfortable, spacious and offers beautiful ocean and bay views but it is also conveniently located in the heart of Mission Beach. It is in walking distance to many fun beach activities, conveniences, bars and restaurants. If you prefer to play on the calmer bay side of Mission Beach, it is only three blocks walk (4-5 minutes).
The attached garage fits two compact sedans or one large SUV.
The condo is a comfortable setting equipped with almost everything you could possibly need during your stay.

This house was awesome! We stayed here over a weekend April 2013. The weather was perfect. We had 3 families staying here (maxed out the “sleeps 10” lol) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was equipped with anything we would have needed. The porches and view were fabulous. The décor, cleanliness and attention to detail of this property was tremendous. (enough towels for everyone, beds were extremely comfy, toys for kids, garage was packed with beach gear…bikes and even strollers & a wagon.) We can’t stop talking about it and have realized that this was the most amazing time we have had together as a family. The location was great, enough stuff around to find food… there was even a cute little amusement park area. Close to Pacific Beach if you wanted to venture out via car or a short bike ride down the boardwalk. The nightlife was a little lively, but everyone slept through it just fine. Grandma & Grandpa (my husband & I) even watched the grandbabies a couple of nights so the “Big Kids” could enjoy the nightlife. All in all a wonderful stay, I would highly recommend any family this place. **Note: All online photos showing this property are true to what you get…it’s beautiful.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This house was awesome. We had 2 families staying - total of 9 people. There was enough room for us to all feel that we had our own space and the house certainly had everything necessary. Excellent location - nice and close to Seaworld and not too far for us to get around and explore San Diego. Would definitely stay in this house again if we were ever lucky enough to back in San Diego.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

The property was amazing! We were so pleased, especially with all the details and thought that went into the property, especially for the kids. We had a wonderful stay in Mission Beach. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family of 6 (4 kids). Loved that the couch was leather (sometimes upholstered furniture in rentals 'feels' dirty), and the unit was very clean. The beach is literally feet away - which was a fantastic bonus for taking the kids back and forth. Our only complaint is that this area is very lively at night, and some of the college-aged neighbors were pretty noisy when our baby & toddlers were sleeping (we were young once!).Recommended for: Families with teenagers.
