Most convinient ski Condo you'll ever stay in. Come in for lunch or a cup of hot chocolate. This Condo is closer than the lodge to the lift. The building has an elevator for even easier access. Park your car in the covered carport and never pack gear or deal with parking again.
This Condo offers a fully equiped kitchen, a cozy living room with a wood burning fireplace, 3 LCD Flat screen TV's with built in DVD player, cable access, dining area seats six. The two bedrooms are up 10 steps. The Master has a queen bed and a jaccuzzi tub in the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 2nd bathroom is in the hall. In unit Washer and Dryer.
Play with your small childeren on the enclosed above street level party deck in safety.

We had a great time in this condo, literally over the road from Stagecoach lift, with parking undercover 2 flights down with a lift. The floor heating took a while to get up to temperature, and hot water ran out a couple of times, but a cosy, well equipped place for three of us. It's an easy drive down to the lake, about 10 mins, and wi-fi can be accessed, although sometimes limited at the stagecoach building over the road.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

We really enjoyed the setting at the condo. We were very close to the Tahoe Rim Trail and we hiked in the evening and had spectacular views. The sky was beautiful and the air was always wonderful up there. The condo was very comfortable and felt like home. We had everything we needed, plus there was plenty of room to lounge comfortably on the couches. It is a great home away from home. I'm glad we chose this one!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+.

We stayed 4 nights at this wonderful condo. Location - location - location. Condo is right at the lift - very convenient. The week before we got there, Heavenly got 4 feet of snow! Weather cooperated and we got 5 inches of snow one night - not bad for late spring skiing! We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub (very short drive from condo) after our days of skiing. Condo is very comfortable and has everything needed for a ski vacation. I hope to return someday for a repeat performance.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

About the owner: We are a family of skiers and love the convinience of this condo. We are not there to shop or gamble, but to ski! This condo is set up to for skiing (boarding) and then resting in comfort with modern amenities without dealing with the crowds. You are a local resident when your here not a tourist. Once you are here you don't have to leave, unless you choose to.
Why the Owner Chose Heavenly Valley:
We have been skiing the Tahoe area for years. We are tired of the lodging hunt everytime we want to go skiing at a top resort. This solves our problem. We can reach NorthStar and Squaw Valley within 1 hour from here if we choose to.
