  I had been wanting to take my family on vacation to Florida for years, and this year we knew we were finally going to make it happen. I spent months researching places to stay. It was so important to me to find just the right place. I finally decided on this condo because I was familiar with the area and how great it was, the reviews from every family were 5 star, there was not one negative comment made by anyone, the price was reasonable, the photos were beautiful, and when I called the owner with questions and concerns she was very honest, helpful and friendly. (This positive conversation was the final decision in our renting this property.) Customer service if you will, is of extreme importance to me. When we arrived at the condo, the first thing that took my breath away was the view!!! It was gorgeous, just like the pictures on the website. The other thing I noticed immediately was how amazingly clean everything was. I mean everything. The floors, the kitchen, the bathrooms, the linens, even inside the oven, microwave and fridge was spotless. The condo did not have a bad smell, and no overpowering cleaning solution smell either. It was just clean and fresh. It was very evident to us that these owners really really care about this condo and they want to make you feel at home while staying there. They even have tons of hooks for hanging in the bedrooms and bathrooms which was a huge plus!! Even the grounds are very well maintained. We also really appreciated having the beach toys, boogie boards, chairs, the umbrella and all the board games. We were so very grateful for having such a beautiful and clean place to stay on our very special family vacation. We thank you so much for a great great stay and for the nice welcome gift we received. Very nice touch. We will be back in the future!!

  My husband and I spent a week in the condo; we had such a wonderful time we have now booked two weeks in 2014.. The whole property is very well kept, no litter, working elevators, very friendly groundskeeper; the condo is very spacious, there was only the two of us, so we just used the master bedroom and living area, but everything was very clean and well equipped as stated; plenty of linens etc..The balcony offers unforgetable sunset viewing...the grounds are very nice with different hibiscus and other species; the BBQ area is good and clean, as is the pool, allthough water a little too warm for us. We have a hot tub at home, so we did not use the one there, but folks were enjoying it...again pool area very well kept. There are many restaurants to choose from along Gulf Blvd, but The Pub across the street from condo offers very good fare at reasonable prices and has a nice patio area which we enjoyed. A visit to John's Pass is a must to enjoy viewing dolphins, enjoy a lunch or dinner at Bubba Gump, shopping or just to relax.. The beach and the waters of the Gulf are clear and warm..we have no complains, and we highly recommend this condo rental....hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

  We had a truly wonderful experience at your beautiful condo! This is our third family vacation to Florida and the first that was not theme park oriented. I was a little apprehensive that my boys, aged 10 and 13, would be bored without the daily theme park entertainment. However, both of them said that this was "The best Florida vacation ever!!!!" They loved boogie boarding in the gulf, laying on the sugar white sandy beach (which is like a private beach - so quiet), finding shells and then lounging in the pool. It We enjoyed exploring the area. There is so much to see and do! We did spend one day at Busch Gardens in Tampa, which was under an hour away. The park was very quiet. There was no wait for any rides which was a big difference from the Orlando parks. We also found an indoor go kart track in Clearwater and a great mini golf place just down the road from the condo. We had the perfect mix of entertainment and relaxation! The boys were in heaven! Both the condo and the grounds were clean and comfortable. Everyone had their own space. We especially enjoyed the large balcony with the most breath taking view of sunset. We enjoyed the lovely gift of beach towels and used them daily. We all agree that we would like to return and after exploring the area, we think that Indian Shores is the ideal location!

  We have visited this area every year for the last 16 years, and this was the best condo we have ever rented there. Super clean and comfortable with gorgeous, gorgeous views! Sitting on the balacony overlooking the beach and gulf was the best part of the vacation. Very relaxing! We had my 81 year old father with us who has a hard time walking. This condo was perfect for him / us because the parking spot for the car was right next to the elevator that took us right up to the fourth floor unit. So, my dad didn't have far to walk at all. Worked out perfect. I would stay in this condo again in a heartbeat. We just got back and I am already checking the calendar to see when I book again! I really appreciated how hands on Valerie, the owner of the condo, was. She was available for any questions we had, and she even had a welcome gift waiting for us when we picked up the keys from the rental company. I don't want to give away what it was, but they did come in handy....we used them every day. :) Thank you Valerie!

  This condo is exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, looked exactly like the pictures online and had a great kitchen. We stayed for a week with family including grandkids. They had a great time. I would definitely recommend this condo and this area for family vacations.

  We had an excellent stay at the condo. Everything was clean, and comfortable, with a great view and close to everything. The kids (11,9,5,3) enjoyed the beach, tons of shells, and pool. We are looking forward to booking again next year.

  What a perfect location in Indian Rocks Beach! My mother, husband and our 21 month old stayed at this condo over Christmas and was perfect having the beach, pool, hot tub and how could you forget, the sunsets! The condo was very clean with new carpeting throughout, beautiful kitchen and very comfortable beds. Location was great with Clearwater Beach to the North and St.Pete's to the south. Many restaurants to choose from and all great food. Crabby Bill's, Salt Rock Grill, Conch Republic and PJ's Oyster Bar to name a few! The weather was the only downfall of our trip as the temperatures were not so warm and very windy. The owners were very accommodating to provide information about the area before we arrived AND had a fake Christmas tree brought in to us to make it feel like Christmas! Thank you very much! Photos of the condo are accurate to what you see and the overall property of this condo is well-maintained and clean. We would recommend to family and friends and plan to visit again in the future.

  Hey Valarie and Paul, I just want to thank you for sharing your wonderful condo for those of us that need a really relaxing vacation. It was so beautiful!!! I really enjoyed the new carpet and appreciated the fact that everything was so nice and clean. I do want to tell you that Plumlee does a great job for you and very professional. I've rented other condos in the area who used other Reality companies and this was the best experience so far. In fact, I rented another unit in the same building a few weeks ago and even though it was quite nice the balcony and tile throughout the condo really needed cleaning and I had to wear my sandals the entire time. I was able to go barefoot in your condo and that made me feel more like home. I also wanted to thank you for the "welcome gift (Towels)" what a nice touch. You have been so pleasant to work with and thank you so much for sharing your wonderful condo. I hope to visit again soon.

  We had a great time and your condo was lovely. We found everything we needed and that with our trusty espresso pot and steamer made it feel like home! Everyday we had breakfast and lunch on the balcony. Great stretch of beach. We walked and ran and on the first sunday walked to the quaint coffee shop. We really appreciated the thoughtful towels and used them everyday. Thank you for your kindness and we look forward to coming back.

  Had a wonderful time at Sandcastle 1 #407!!! VERY VERY CLEAN!! Awesome view of the ocean!! Everything in the condo was nice, beds were comfy, kitchen was beautiful!! Pool and hot tub area are very nice as well!! We are ready to go back :) Cant wait for next year! Valerie- Thank you for the gift waiting for us!! Very thoughtful & thank you so much for being so considerate with our little bit of bad luck during our stay :) We appreciate it!!! If you are looking for a place to stay, dont look anymore! This is it!!!!
