Enjoy the bird feeders and roses bordering the morning sunporch, while sipping on a warm cup of coffee or tea as the mission bells ring lightly in the distance. Beamed ceilings and a skylight, along with the many windows, give the room a bright and cheery feel. A Carmel stone, wood burning fireplace graces the room, with a soft down couch in front of fireplace, just perfect to curl up on for a quiet evening in front to the fire. A writing desk overlooks the trees, with DSL access for use with a laptop computer.
There are hardwood floors with area rugs, a beautiful hardwood table with four chairs for dinning, a fully appointed kitchen, and a full bathroom with bathtub. There is a quality king-size bed, soft comforters with lots of pillows, lovely art work, books, and well done lighting, adding to the warm, cozy feeling, and giving the space an extra special touch of class. No Pets or Smoking permitted. Not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
Enjoy all that Carmel has to offer exceptional restaurants, unique shops, gorgeous beaches, and walking trails. Pebble Beach Golf Course is minutes away, as is Point Lobos Nature Park and tasting wineries. The Old Town farmers market is a delight of fresh produce and the wonders of the Monterey Aquarium are a short drive away. The Big Sur coastline is a splendid sight, with many beaches to explore and private spots to relax and picnic in. We are approximately 1 mile from the Carmel River Beach which is a about a 20 minute walk, and about a 30 minute walk to downtown Carmel.
