What a great place! Open floor plan, spacious bedrooms, and a modern, well-appointed kitchen with all the comforts of home. The house is filled with natural light and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the canal out the back door. The proximity to Siesta Key Village and the beach was another plus--easily reachable on foot or by bicycle. All in all, a fabulous vacation!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Clean, charming and very well-maintained canal home. Great location and beautiful upgrades since we first rented this home in 2011. Owners are great to work with and have provided a very tranquil oasis. We loved being just a short walk from the Siesta Key village (and the beach) and sitting on the lanai sunning and relaxing. We hope to return to this lovely home again and again. It's obvious that these owners care about creating a warm and inviting place for their guests.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children.

This is our 8th year coming to Siesta Key and our second year at this home. Chris and Tami are wonderful people to rent from. They have been easy to reach to answer any questions that might arise. The home has been recently remodeled including all 3 bathrooms, the Kitchen, and the Great room. It has been furnished from top to bottom from Ikea. The new glass sliding doors enhance the view facing the pool and the canal. The house is spacious enough to accomodate two families easily. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and is an easy walk into the village. We highly recommend this Vacation Home for anyone who wants a quality experience. We plan on returning in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My Girlfriend and I stayed at Tami's Beach house...sorry Dream House in November for a week and I will not hesitate to say that it was the best week of this guys life!!! Tami made sure to take care of every detail in the house to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible!! We had two questions for her during our stay and she answered her phone right away and gave us an answer!! She was wonderful to work with and I could tell she wanted her renters to have a good time!! I will never stay in a hotel ever again...I actually shake my head in disgust when passing one. Thank you Tami!! We are actually returning to Florida around April or May and would love to stay again!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Home was very clean and on a pretty lot.. Pool and hot tub area were great for relaxing with a nice view of the inlet. Bedrooms and living areas were very large with new tv's and furniture. Newly renovated kitchen was beautiful. Owners were great to work with. We will definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Jan - April: $2000/WK, multi-week discounts available May - December: $1700/WK Cleaning fee $125 and Tax Rate 12% $250 reservation fee due within 7 days of reservation that converts to damage deposit. 50% due 60 days before arrival & Balance 14 days before arrival All rentals are 3 PM Saturday to 10 AM Saturday Pool heat is an additional $100/week 1 week minimun- FIRM. Reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance.
