This beautiful three bedroom, three bathroom condominium is a two story condominium (two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs, one of these bedrooms has been opened to share great room, and one bedroom and one bathroom are located upstairs). First floor has four full-size beds and second floor has a California King-size bed. The condo also has a balcony on each floor overlooking the marina. If you own a boat, no problem! Rental of this unit includes private dock at your disposal. The shared pool is located directly downstairs allowing quick access to friends and family members. For your added convenience there are three cable television sets equipped with two DVD players. This condo offers a full service kitchen if you decide to dine in. For your convenience, coin operated washers and dryers are located right next to the swimming pool area. *Please Note, No Refund On Deposit If Cancellation Is 20 Days Prior To Checkin.*
