Comfy, Cozy 2b/2b Close to the Heart of Town.
Located just minutes from shopping, restaurants and Fountain Park with it's 560 foot tall plume, this warm and inviting two bedroom, two bath attached home is sure to be a welcome home away from home. A covered, enclosed courtyard just off the kitchen in the front is one of the unique features of this duplex. Between the patio set in the courtyard ~ great for enjoying coffee and your morning paper ~ and the outdoor dining set in the back yard, there are plenty of spaces to enjoy the beautiful weather outdoors.
Featuring an open floor plan, this unit is fully furnished and offers an entertainment center in the living room, flat screen television in the bedrooms and a seperate office space. Wifi and cable television services are included.
The front bedroom offers the option of two twin beds or a conversion into a king size bed. A full size bath is located adjacent to the front bedroom. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in closet and in-suite full bath with tub. We also have two portable beds, as well as a portable crib available.
With a small town feel and all of the amenities of the big city within reach, Fountain Hills is a great area to vacation. Easy access into both the East Valley - Tempe/Mesa/Downtown Phoenix via Hwy 87 and North Valley - Scottsdale via Shea Blvd. Popular attractions include Arizona Spring Training ~ We are not far from the training facilities for the D-backs, Rockies, Giants and Cubs. Fort McDowell is a 10 minute drive and offers horseback riding, kayaking and a full service Casino and Spa as well. Additionally, we are conveniently located approximately 10 minutes away from the Mayo Clinic in North Scottsdale.

"Our stay in Fountain Hills was perfect in every way. Our home away from home was comfortable, perfectly appointed and completely furnished. We were welcomed with flowers and fruit and a property manager who was available to cover any need, question or detail. The street is a quiet one and close (easy walking distance) to all the best of Fountain Hills including the beautiful fountain, the fountain park, great restaurants and a number of first rate art shows. I would highly recommend this property!" ........................................... **Our guests attempted to post this themselves and assign it an official 5 Star rating. Due to issues with the VBRO/HomeAway registration process hanging up, both attempts did not go through. My husband and I, along with our 2 children, stayed at this property while visiting family during the Christmas holidays. It was perfect for our stay and was well equipped with everything we needed. Our rental experience exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, convenience and value. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visting the Fountain Hills area.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We enjoyed our stay in beautiful Fountain Hills. This property was comfortable, very clean, and well equiped. The location is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Fountain Park. There are many opportunities for sightseeing, hiking, and golfing in the area. The owners were very helping during the reservation process and also during our stay. They had compiled information on restaurants, points of interest, and other activities in the area which we found very useful. We especially liked the extra outdoor patio and courtyard.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
