Thanks a lot capitan Leon for sharing with us your gem. We enjoyed every minute of staying in the house. It was great choice to pick the location - close to any famous beaches in the Keys. In 7 days we went to Sombrero Beach, Bahai Honda State Park Beach, Smather's Beach, Zachary Taylor Beach - all of them were in about 15-30 minutes drive from the house. We had a hard time of deciding where to go for swimming every day- all of them were beautiful. The house itself was clean, well furnished, great decorated and had everything needed in the kitchen area. We loved the view of the canal, cute landscaping, screened patio and enjoyed the eating area there. Overall is great experience.Can't wait for the next vacation time. Hope we get luck and can rent it again .Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Monthly Rate Dec-Apr $3400 Monthly Rate May-Nov $2400 (Last week of July rental is $1,900) Annual Rate $2300/month $200/month utility usage allowance included. $150 cleaning fee and 12.5% tax (Monroe & FL) $500 security deposit to confirm Refunadable if cancelled 90 days prior to arrival.
