The home location is superb and perfect for both living and traveling because the 805 is minutes away, while Hilltop Park and the San Diego Country Club and golf course are within walking distance just a few blocks away.
This beautifully newly renovated designer home with four full bedrooms, two bathrooms, high end lighting, finishes and dramatic interiors and is nestled in a beautiful garden setting that is a huge 8,600 square foot elevated lot that is walled and gated for privacy.
A stunning dramatic open living area and elegant dining area boasts cathedral ceilings, travertine stone suround fireplace and exposed beams lit with a bright skylight and large chandelier featuring travertine stone flooring and designer colors with enough room for people to meet and share. Custom framed mirrors adorn most of the walls to reflect the bright San Diego sunshine. There is a 42" flat screen TV with primere cable channels that include sports, ESPN and movie channels.
Enjoy three stylish double French doors that lead to outdoor patio areas that overlooks the large gardens with tall Italian cypress trees to a variety of fruit trees that range from citrus trees; including lemon, oranges and lime to fig trees, grape vines and pomegranate trees. The outdoor patio areas have a stainless BBQ grill and teak wood outdoor furniture which includes love seats, chairs and side tables.
The large gourmet kitchen has recessed lighting, new appliances, and plenty of counters space for serving and entertaining.

The Safari theme room refers to the famous San Diego Zoo and has a fun interior design that features two full size beds, a large custom art piece of a Panda, A Zebra photo, white faux fur bed covers and anamal print acent pillows.
All bedrooms have mirrored closets, orginal modern art paintings and chandeliers. All bathrooms are remodeled with Travertine stone, Kohler fixtures, plenty of mirrored cabinets, linen closet and designer lighting..
Meticulous detail was paid to all improvements and there are all new doors, windows and two laundry areas. Also includes on site Washer and Dryer, new Central air conditioner and forced air heating unit and newly installed roof with new trims and eves. The exterior is stucco with designer moldings around all doors and windows.
South Bay offers easy access to San Diego; we are 25 minutes drive from Knott’s Soak City, 20 minutes to the famous San Diego Zoo, 20 minutes to Sea World, 20 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to Mexico.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time in this house. It fit our family needs. The house was very spacious. We were pleasantly surprised to see the rooms in the house were exactly at the pictures portrayed. The house was very well maintained. The outside property is shaping up. There were very nice sitting areas with a grill available. The property was easily accessible from the interstate. Our family will stay at this property again! We would recommend this to property to large families or multiple families vacationing together.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The house was really amazing. The art was really cool and bright. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a great family dinner. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was large enough to accommodate our entire family. We had easy access to the freeway so we were able to go to the beaches, Sea World, and the zoo very easily. The owners were very friendly and we will definitely come back. I would highly recommend this house as a vacation rental.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My extended family had a reunion at this beautiful home which was perfect for us. The large and open living area that was open to garden with french doors made it very easy to house a large number of guests. The kitchen was amazing and stocked with appliances and everything we needed for cooking which saved us a lot of money from eating out. The washer and dryer inside the home made it easy for us. The decor of the house was very creative and we enjoyed the art. The bedrooms were very nice and with five beds, we had plenty of room for everyone. I would highly recommend this home and we will be returning soon.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My mother, daughter, two young boys and myself stayed in this very comfortable house for a week to attend my son's wedding. We found it very easy to find from the airport, and convenient to the highway to go anyway in San Diego area. With four bedrrooms, everyone one had their own room and the boys had the room with the twin beds. It was nice to have a kitchen to cook in and we used it almost every day, which certainly saved us money. Overall, we were very please with the house and would definitely stay there again in the future. Just a few suggestions: Because we used the kitchen to cook a lot, I would suggest adding the following to the kitchen equipment: measuring cups, measuring spoons, rubber spatulas, a cookie sheet and a round baking pan. Mr. Idrisi and his parents were very friendly and it was a pleasure to stay on their property. Thanks so much!!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Myself and 5 other people stayed here during Comic-Con 2012. House is spacious, furnished, and stocked with all the necessities needed (towels and extra pillows too!) - even a washer & dryer and a BBQ grill. Even though we were not there at the house for about 80% of the day, we loved it. The neighborhood was quiet and clean with plenty of street parking; easy access to grocery stores and freeways. The only complaint we had was that the lock on the bathroom in the hallway does not lock all the time.. I was lucky enough to get it to lock, but the otheres were not. Besides that, everything was perfect. Would definitley look at staying here again for next year's Comic-Con :)Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

For a family gathering in this area, the place was more than satisfactory. Our family had a wedding to attend in April, and instead of staying in a hotel, we had our four separate families rent this place for 4 days. It was a nice place to gather and catch up on things. We had access to a full kitchen and dining room area, which was very nice. We were also able to barbecue. There was also a washer and dryer which was convenient. There were a few negatives. The locks did not work on the bathroom doors. The furnishings were a little uncomfortable, especially the couch, but bearable. The father is the landlord and he was a pleasure to deal with. Would I stay here again? Sure.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
