Why the Owner Chose Port Orange:
My husband built this home in 1986 (it has since received lots of upgrades). It has the BEST Naval Orange and Ruby Red Grapefruit trees in the back. We could never sell for that reason alone!

We are conveniently located 5 miles from the beach, Daytona International Speedway and Daytona International Airport. Just 1.5 miles to I-95 for ease of getting north, south or west (to see a little mouse named Mickey). Just about an hour to Disney.
