This comfortable house has four bedrooms, two full baths, a screened porch and sun deck. Three of the bedroom have queen-size beds, while the fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds for the kids. There is an upstairs sitting area with a queen sleeper-sofa which sleeps an 11th and 12th person. You can get a view of the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and necessities. Basketball and ping-pong are available on-site for the kids (bring your own basketball, ping-pong equipment is furnished). Cable TV available in the main living area and in the upstairs sitting area, so you can watch what you want while the kids are upstairs watching what they want.
The beach is located a very short walk (1 & 1/2 blocks) down a sandy road. When you return from a day on the beach, an outside shower (hot and cold water), and two hoses are available to rinse off the sand.
Available for rent all year. This is a rental-by-owner. However, during your stay, the property will be managed by a local rental agency, which can help with any needs that may arise. Minimum one week rental during peak season.
Pets are sometimes allowed for a fee, on case-by-case basis, at sole discretion of owner. Cats and large dogs generally not allowed.

Hello and thank you for the use of your house this past week! Your house was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. We loved riding bikes in the very UN-commercial neighborhood and the slow pace made it ideal for RELAXING!
