Overall not a great experience, the house was OK, but the master bed was lumpy and the towels were very thin and the upstairs shower head did not work properly. Also, the garage remote was lost and we went ahead and replaced and reprogrammed and I was still charged the $125 for a lost remote.Owner response: It's a lie since I called and talk to the guest one day before they check out and ask how's the house, and his response was great. He doesn't tell me the towels are thin or the bed are lumpy. I ask him what time they want to check out. He would check out early but the remaining guest would like to check out late 1:00 pm PST. He lost the garage control and replace it without telling us. He change the code in the garage. So when I came over, the code doesn't work and my husbands car remote which is directly program to his car doesn't work also. We had to call a technician to reprogram it. It stated in the contract that we had to charge them if they lost the control. We had to throw away the garage control that he replaced. Only the homeowner has the right to change the code. I told him he should notified us in the first place when he lost the control. It's funny he said he did not lost the control, he just replaced it. Why??? It is not safe for the next guest if we dont change the control since he change the code without our knowledge. We did not experience this type of problem before. After they check out complaining about nonsense in regards to towels and bed, since I'm charging them for the lost garage control. It is just a full of baloney. I told all my guest on the day they check in, any concerns or problems they need to contact me right away otherwise its not a valid complain after you check out. Thank you.

The owners did a good job of making guests feel welcome, with the extra linens, shampoo, coffee, etc being really nice bonuses. The location was perfect for what we were looking for and walking distance to the market. It did feel very homey and I would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: We try our very best to provide extra care to our customers. We treat them like family and friends. We make sure they have everything they need just in case they forget to bring their shampoos, conditioneer etc. If it's not their name brand later on they would be able to buy when they have time. We are there for them 24/7 if in case they have any concerns or issues. We want them to feel it's their home away from home. We are very grateful and thankful for their business. We always have the same customers over and over again. We love and care for our past and future guests. Thank you and HAVE a wonderful day!

“There's no such thing as Free Ride in this country” that’s a direct quote by the homeowner, Romeo. . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RENTING THIS HOUSE! The house, (which we prepaid for a week) It was COLD, 55?inside the house! The low in Las Vegas was in the 20’s the week we were there. It was apparent the heat wasn’t working and we could not get the fireplace to work. Another surprise, the smoke alarm, low battery, beeper went off at 2 AM. Romeo was called and we asked if he knew of another house or could offer some remedy. Unfortunately none was offered other than he would refund our money in the morning. We spent Christmas making calls and searching the internet. We were forced to stay another night. The next day we found another house from but it would not be ready until Thursday. Romeo had a heating and air company come to repair the unit. The company needed parts that were not readily available and once again we were stuck in the cold house another night. It was apparent that no one had been in the house for awhile or didn’t care about the surroundings; there were no towels in the bathrooms, several USED bars of soap and shampoo bottles were in the showers, and there were no washcloths. The handle in the kitchen sink didn’t stay, a row of sandals and sneakers had been left outside by the kitchen door, and there were missing or blown blubs in some rooms. I can say the refrigerator and garage door worked. EVERYONE WAS COLD. I was willing to overlook everything else, if the heat worked or a solution offered. This could have been avoided if the cleaning person had even done a pre-check before we arrived. We left Thursday morning after four days of living in an icebox.He didn’t bring in space heaters, extra blankets, or even flowers. He offered NOTHING!Owner response: As you can see this guest is way out of line. Our past reviews are all positive. We all make sure that the property is clean everyhing is in working conditions except that during that time the heater unfortunately was out of our control that it broke down and we were out of town. The night before we left town, the heater was in working condition. We had Bob to help us with the situation and called the repairman in which the spare parts required to be ordered. There were heaters in the bedroom in which they don't know how to operate and the fireplace was available, the last guest a week ago, uses it nothing was wrong, in fact we tested it too, it worked perfect. We tried to work the issue with the repairman to rush it, but unfortunately this is a very rare situation that we have to wait for the parts.The guest demanded a full refund, we offered a discount the night they stayed and we refunded the full amount the nights and days that they did not occupied the property. BUT they want more than the full amount. How about the utilities they used? the water, the electric bills, the detergent, the coffee, cocoa etc. They occupied the house so it's fair enough that they need to pay the lower rates. They used the towels and extra blankets. So it's a free ride if you want to stay free in the property.They mentioned no towels??? How come I see used towels??? Smoke alarm beep at 2 a.m.? That is beyond our control,next time I would tell the smoke alarm not to do it early in the morning.Bob came to change the battery early in the morning.The guest could just remove the battery since it's beeping.Yes, we always have shampoo, soap and conditioneer to our guest in which they are very thankful for it. (not many landlord provided these emergency essentials just in case they forget to bring. If for any reason they don't want to use it, they just buy their own, they don't say anything bad about it. The handle in the kitchen sink which means the faucet is a new technology, on the bottom of the faucet there's a button that needs to be push if you want it o move all over the place. First time I heard of this complaint also.Missing blown bulbs??? We always pre check after the cleaning person leaves to make sure everything is in satisfactory condition since our goal is to make sure our home is their home away from home, to make sure guest feel at home. We are very lucky that we had this one false complaints out of more than 100 customers. We always have courteous guests.Flowers?

Romy was great and the house was equipped with most everything you will need. Even Laundry supplies were provided. Linens and towels provided. Internet and cable Tv. Wish it was warmer so we could use the pool. Did enjoy the back patio and cooked out a few times. This house is close to Suncoast and Rock. Shopping and Restaurants Galore along with 3 movie theaters. Will definitely be contacting Romy when heading back to vegas.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Came to Vegas for my niece's wedding. This was a great place for our family to stay. Had multiple family members so we each had a room. It was great to have the kitchen for meals. Everything was provided that we needed. Had a very slow flushing toilet and Arlene had it taken care of right away.
