This 1600 sq. ft. vacation home is extremely clean, freshly painted, plenty of room for the whole family, . Newly installed hot tub in private back yard.
Minutes from many beautiful golf courses. Experience a variety of shopping stores at the San Tan Village as well as several restaurants to choose from.
Relax in the hot tub after a day of golfing or enjoy a bbq and drinks with friends on the covered patio.
Often we'll sit outside in the morning and watch the sun come up enjoying our first cup of coffee, experiencing peace and quiet and the fresh smell of the morning.
There are three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom is very large and has an extremely comfortable queen bed with matching end tables, a large dresser wih a large walk in closet. The ensuite has a private toilet with a large vanity, soaker tub and separate shower.
The two spare bedrooms also have queen beds complete with dressers, lamps and closets. The main washroom is across the hall.
There are two closets in the hallway which hold extra bed linens, towel, games, first aid kit and some books.
The kitchen is fully stocked.

The back yard has a newly installed patio with a southern exposure and is very private. There a bbq, fire pit, table and chairs. There are two lounge chairs stored in the garage for use.
The large hot tub was just installed in May 2011.

Exactly as described! Beautifully decorated and well stocked house. Located in a friendly neighbourhood that was easily accessible to golf, shopping and restaurants. Expecially San Tan Flats which in an outdoor dining restaurant complete with fire pits. We would most definately recommend the property to others. No problem dealing with the owners and them answering our questions.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We love Arizona, specifcally Queen Creek, the many Golf Courses, the feeling of being in s small community with easy access to shopping and fabulous restaurants. We live in Alberta so it's nice to take a direct 3 hour flight and arrive in Phoenix by 9:00 am.
