Large family room includes a sofa that pulls out to a bed, plus 2 recliners, 2 swivel rockers and a new flat screen tv. Living room also includes a sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations. Covered patio with table and chairs and 2 lounge chairs. Laundry facilities and basic cable included. Hi speed internet available. Mature bearing fruit trees.
November and December are available for $1200/month. April and May are available for $1500/month. Summer months (June, July, and Aug) are available at a discounted rate. Jan, Feb, and March are now rented.
Everything furnished, just bring your personal items, clothes, and food.

Photos do not do this home justice. Great layout, spacious rooms, extremely clean, nice neighbors. Access to all of the golf courses, community centers, pools,etc. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, yet the home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. I have toured many homes/layouts in Sun City West and this is one of my favorites. You can't beat the price or the location.Recommended for: Age 55+.

It has all the comforts of home! With all the new updating and so much room, it was nice to be able to host others, or just relax and enjoy it ourselves. It was so clean when we arrived, and it is on a beautiful lot. We were close enough to all the activities, but loved being in a quiet area. We definitely recommend this house.Recommended for: Age 55+.

This home is very clean and in a very desirable area. Easy access to shops, restuarants, and activities. I highly recommend.Recommended for: Age 55+.
