Love a private setting that is extra clean with new furniture? The yard is very private and the yard work is done by others.....super isn't it? Built in 2003 this is a nicely laid out 1516 square foot unit with a double oversized garage. The extra space in the garage would be ideal for those little hobbies. The furniture exceeds the often minimal furnishings found in other units. The view is great and the ambiance outstanding. This unit is set up with twin Master Suites each having their own private bathrooms and walk in closets. The back yard is fenced all but for a very small section down the side which has a small temporary fence allowing a small dog the room to run. Vistoso Village is an active adult community (55+), with many great amenities. These include a regular swimming pool along with a lap pool and jacuzzi. There is a clubhouse that is also open to all guests that includes a well equiped exercise room, pool table card room and library. The community of Vistoso Village is warm and welcoming with many community activities and trips. These are available to all and priced very reasonably. The property is in an excellent location. . . very private and quiet with great sunrises. The home is tastefully decorated and comfortable. We really enjoyed the community club with lovely pool and well-equipped gym. The bike paths, golf courses, shopping and other activities all added to our enjoyment of the area. We'll probably be back!Recommended for: Age 55+.

We were delighted with our stay at this lovely Vistoso Village home. It’s newly decorated with a great layout and location. The condo was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. It has a nicely landscaped, restful patio area with a great view. We enjoyed the many amenities at the club house: pools, hot tub, exercise room, pool room and more. The development is quiet and well maintained. There’s no excuse for not getting your daily exercise; hiking trails, tennis courts, biking paths, and golfing are all within a few minutes walk or drive. Best of all, the owner was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this lovely home. We will be back for sure.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

Very comfortable, clean, new furnishings, patio with a view of the mountains. Great community center with pool and exercise equipment. Convenient to shopping, golf courses, restaurants and the sites of Oro Valley and Tucson. Very friendly residents in the Village. We enjoyed our stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.
