Welcome to the beautiful Florida Keys, enjoyable from the quiet mornings to the breathtaking sunsets on either one of the 2 decks, boat dock, or sink your feet in the sand on the private beach. This unit is newly remodeled from floor to ceiling, including new furniture, a large HD TV, counter tops with a spacious open kitchen that seats 6-8 people. The kitchen is fully equipt including, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, ice maker and dishes.
There is a large master bedroom with a king size bed, plenty of closet space and a walkout patio. All linens and towels are provided.
This condo is located in Tavernier, which is 8 miles south of world famous Key Largo, 70 miles south of Miami, and 90 miles north of Key West. Enjoy the many attractions within miles, including, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, fishing, boating, swimming with the dolphins, shopping, golf, biking, cruises or eating at any of the fine restaurants.

This was our first time to Florida and we couldn't have stayed at a better place! Wether you want to go North into Key Largo or South to Islamorada (or the lower keys) it was a quick drive! The owners left a book with many activities you want to do, as well as, great dining restaurants! The private beach had a hammock to lounge in or a dock to sit at the end of and watch the sunset. It was an amazing experience that I would definitely recommend to anyone asking! The condo is very spacious and beautiful, the pictures really don't do it justice! When we plan our next trip we will definitely be contacting these owners to stay here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Stayed at this condo several years from Jan 1st through Mar 31st. Condo is owned by a contractor who believes in attention to detail (witnessed him crawling out of the Condo as he was wiping the floor)My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying there.The Condo was completely redone just before we moved in for the first time and it was very nice .Last year we had the occassion to see the inside again and the owner had just completely remodeled the Condo and it was most attractive. We would still be renting this Condo, but our children decided to visit and we needed more room. This Condo is close to everything you need including a beautiful Hospital. The views of the Florida Bay from the common areas are spectacular. You will not be dissapointed--a Happy previous renter.Recommended for: Sightseeing.
